There were some small ants and a cockroach in my room. It’s likely related to the warm, humid climate and wooden structures but would prefer not to have them.

The parking was a little restricted but not a big issue. Most things were as expected. Tv was rather limited, and if they had smart Tv’s we could have watched our own selection of films or series.

We did not realise any breakfast options were available. Our mistake. For us the quieter location was great. As we had been in the area before it was easy to explore. The resort was a great place to rest after a day of exploration. The staff were helpful and resonded to any issues quickly and efficiently. As we are birdwatches it proved very interesting and any eco turism needs some consideration.

While the location is 15 min walk from the center and from the beach (opposite sides) I thought the beach access was closer to the hotel. But the experience was so pleasant that this is minor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is great and well taken care of. The mini-breakfast is a nice touch when you are not expecting it. Bonus points for a cool muay thai gym a block away for a full thai experience

Lovely small villas located around a central pool. Love the additional unofficial croissants, toast coffee and jam put out each morning for guests to enjoy. Quite location out of the main town but still only a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk into town.

The staff, Cream & Nat, were super helpful in every way. The tours to the Similan and Surin Islands I booked with the hotel were less expensive than the same ones online & I could be sure there would be no glitches with pick up. They also booked my transportation to the airport. The pool was clean and refreshing. There is a microwave in the outdoor breakfast area if you want to reheat something. The place is even cuter than the pictures.

No breakfast offered, but had good coffee and bread available. A decent sandy beach is a considerable walk from the property, maybe 15 minutes.

Comfortable and clean, spacious rooms. Most of the rooms have a full wall sliding glass door facing the pool, which gives no privacy if you want light in your room. We were fortunate to actually get an upstairs room with windows facing trees and was much more private. Was clean and comfortable, and bed was good. Area is quiet. Close to shops and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Friendly staff :-)

One complaint would be that our room wasn’t cleaned until after 4pm everyday so often we had been out and already come back by the time they came to clean it.

Everything!! Loved the pool, the rooms, the staff, the location was close to everything but far away enough that it was quiet at night! The staff also sorted us out a taxi to Phuket for a good price which was really helpful.

The room I stayed was on the 1st floor, above the kitchen/breakfast area. Every day from about 6.40am - 7am I would be woken up by people dragging heavy chairs on the tiled floor in the breakfast area. These chairs need some felt or fabric to be glued to the legs or covered with something. The room was quite noisy also because people congregate there thoughout the day and sometimes late at night. You can hear everything in the room. Also, I wish the lady in the reception provided more accurate information about the breakfast. I was only told that 'breakfast is not provided. It's only toast, tea and coffee'. As I do not eat bread, do not drink tea or coffee, I did not even go there. However, at some point I noticed some mini croissants and towards the end of my stay I noticed some fruit (watermelon and pineapple). I do not know whether the fruits were provided every day or only for Christmas. It would be great if the hotel communicated that properly. If I knew there were fruits every day, I would definitely had some earlier and not only on the last 2 days. Anyway, the hotel is great. These are only small things and hopefully will be taken on board.

The hotel is modern and really good. The owner takes great care of the hotel and tries to improve it. The rooms have everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable. The aircon is quiet. The room service is great. I received 3 bottles of still water every day, fresh towels, etc. The ladies work very hard to keep the hotel clean. The pool was great. Light self-service breakfast is provided. You can make your tea/coffee or warm up ready made meals in the microwave . The hotel staff are very friendly and polite and speak good English. They kindly borrowed me an iron to iron my clothes. Everything was great. The location was close for the beach in the morning. Please note that when you come to the beach, there are stairs down to the beach itself. Both sides of the shore are covered with massive stones/rocks which you need to pass by in the shallow water with sand for about 30 - 50 meters. In the afternoon, because of the tide, the water arrives and you can no longer return the same way as the water now covers these massive rocks and it can be dangerous due to strong waves. There's another way to walk back but that will take you at least 20 min to get to the hotel. On some mornings you cannot get to the beach because of the tide also so need to take a long walk.

Nice and clean room. Staff was friendly and the pool was nice. Location was good too. Not too crowded but you can still walk everywhere. To walk to the nearest beach it takes 10-15 minutes

Very nice hotel, villa's with pool. Extremely clean, every day towels were changed. If you need it, you can get pool towels. No breakfast, but complimentary we had bread, toster, jam, and butter. Some fruits and sometimes croissants. There is no beach just next to it, but the amazing beach 15 min walk or 3 min drive. You can also go to Coconut Beach by bike or taxi.
