Bathrooms are a hot-box, needs a shelf for personal items (at sink). Typical Thai decor and minimally adequate, clean. Aircon was average, and slow to cool small hot room. Power off (key tag) when not in use (understandable) yet bungalows get uncomfortably hot when aircon off / return to room. Window to front of bungalows / pathway means minimal natural light if you want privacy. Typical Thai curtains unfortunately.

Great location, quiet at night, close to beach, easy walk to nearby shops / restaurants. Scooter hire was simple and lets you explore Khao Tao properly / expand your options - recommend. 200THB/day Staff were helpful & kind, daily room service (not enviro-friendly towel management), generous 3 bottles water daily.

Bang for the bucks. Lovely place with a little "village" of houses, really cosy. Pool was great, cheap beer in the fridge at the reception, friendly staff, good motorbike rental. Walking distance to beach. Would book again if returning to Khao Lak.

Our room was on the outskirts of the property and the neighbours woke us at 1.40AM having the most almighty row one early morning. Not the hotels fault but it did impact on our stay.

The staff were very helpful. The accommodation was spacious, the shower powerful (always a winner), the bed was large and comfortable. The room had the bonus of having aircon as well as a fan. I also liked having a table and chairs on the patio area where we could sit, drink and play cards.

One of my best stay in Thailand. The bungalow is very cozy and comfortable. Top score for cooler, you can choose different functions and during night is very silent. Bed was also comfortable. Staff is very professional and they always help you. Mostly restaurants are 15 minutes by walking from the hotel but you can rent bikes or bicycles at the reception. I also appreciate breakfast in the morning.

The staff weren’t that friendly but I only interacted with them at checkin and checkout.

I had a little individual bungalow and patio area, it was basic but felt newly renovated and was very clean. They don’t have breakfast but they offered croissants and toast if you wanted it which I thought was a nice touch. The location is a a bit away from everything but it’s just short walk to town (15mins) or the beach (10mins), there is also a really nice local restaurant at the end of the road which I’d recommend. For the price it was good and I’d stay again.

The rooms didn’t get dark because there is no black out curtains and the garden lights come inside. It is hard to sleep. The team members could be more friendly and smile to the guests, even they don’t speak English.

For a budget hotel they make it really well. They clean the rooms every day and change the towels. They offer complimentary fruits, coffee and bread every morning. They have a good pool and a nice garden.

Everything was fine

The room is perfectly clean and features everything you need in terms of amenities. Hot water was running and AC working fine. This is a perfect base for a couple night in Khao Lak.

Beautiful detached bungalows, ok they are not large but had everything you needed and immaculately clean. Lovely small swimming pool, and only a few minutes walk to the beach or town.

New clean accommodation in a quiet location, but also close to the beach, restraunts and activities of Khao Lak, they also provide good deals on trips out to the Islands.A very relaxing place at a good price.

We only stayed here for two nights. To travel to Similan Island And the staff were great - they helped us and organized everything we needed for this one day trip. and help us and other organizations as well The resort is nice and clean, the pool is nice, but I didn't spend much time here because I didn't have much time.

It was very nice to stay at this hotel. The staff did so much work to make us feel at home. We got fresh water every day, they call taxi's, there's a laundry service, there's a very relaxed vibe and it's nearby the market and other shops and restaurants (approx 1 km). In low season it's by the way best to stay a bit more inland because at the beach it's very windy and wild. This was perfect and it is 5 min walk to the beach

Old room with wooden panelling. Bathroom was old tiles. Washbasin over 1.2mts up the wall. Kitchen area just felt dirty. Felt a bit ripped off as we booked a 3rd night direct and they charged us 2000 baht. When checking on bookings.com, it was only 1600 baht via them.

Very weird thing about this property is that it is located and operated by a next door rating 9 property name Light Khao Lak, but we are not supposed to use their facility like the pool even though if you search this property on Google, you will see the pool in it. when I asked about the properties the staff said, yes they are not the same; you can have a look at the ratings. It is weird that they are saying as if they don't care about this place. Breakfast is almost impossible. Well, hot water and coffee machine is always there. I was up around 8-9am and there is only few pieces of watermelon left. All croissants and pineapple they promised were probably taken away quite early. The problem is not that they were empty. The problem is that it seemed like no one came to monitor this 'breakfast bar'. Milk and toast bread were most of the time there. And by most of the time, I mean, also in the afternoon in this weather and will be put back in the fridge to serve you again in the next morning. We were not feeling safe with that and decided to only take coffee everyday.

I like that the rooms and the property seemed like it had been well taken care of.

Unfortunately, a number of the reviews on booking.com say this hotel has a swimming pool. It does not. The sister hotel next door does, on arrival we were advised we couldn’t use it. Although it looks near the beach you have to walk quite far to access the beach. We booked a minivan to Krabi town through the hotel. It did not take us to the town (only to a minivan station 15 min drive out of town) & tried to charge us more to to get there. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, bear in mind when booking.

Nice room, good shower, good wifi, very comfortable bed. They put out decent coffee, some toast and fruit for customers in the morning for free.

„Breakfast included“ means coffee/tea and Toast. Unfortunately there was a very mouldy smell coming from the mattress. Furthermore the bedsheet was dirty, which we only noticed when going to bed and no staff member was available. It was unacceptable for us. We left After the First Night and could cancel the Rest of our stay without any charges.

Cute Little bungalow, quiet neighbourhood, very friendly and helpful staff. We could Check in a Little earlier because the room was already ready. You have water to clean your feet in Front of the accomodation. You could Rent a Scooter there.
