A little road noise, but considering it was new years, that was totally understandable. There was ample parking for my scooter, so no issue there..

Nick and his team were outstanding and always willing to help. Great location, smaller sized property, but private and comfortable and close to anything that might interest you! The kitchen and bar staff were always cheerful and ready to accomodate.

Great boutique hotel in a fabulous location across road from beach. Comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning meant a good night sleep and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Manager Nick was always around and even shared some recipes as he knew I enjoyed cooking. Nice pool to cool off and far enough away from the busy part of the resort to be relaxed but bars and restaurants nearby.

Would have like a larger balcony better that’s it!

Great location right on the beach. Short walk to the swimming area but away from the loud part of Patong. Awesome swimming pool with over the top staff. Nick the manager was always helpful with suggestions, and our room attendant was very thoughtful and meticulous. All staff made our stay as relaxing as possible all the way till we left the door.

Very good location, around 1km walk to the famous Bangla Street. Directly opposite Patong Jetty. Very happening with many eateries nearby.

The rooms were spacious & clean. Their staff are nice and accomodating. I had initially wanted 2 rooms that were able to connect but booked wrongly. They were kind enough to try their best to put us on the same floor, which meant 1 room had to move the next day, but they were kind to offer to move our bags to the new room since we had plans from early morning. We had a good stay indeed.

Busy location - if you looking to be close to night life and Bangla road this is for you. - if you looking for a quieter holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket then this place is probably not for you. Directly opposite the Patong pier - pro: easy access to Yona beach club, boating activities - con: can get very busy and noisy esp when the cruise ships dock for the day More vegetarian options for breakfast would be nice. Drinks tasted watered down

Juices can be more natural and without sugar.

We had a very comfortable Family room. Unfortunately without balcony but very gut equipped...with Bademantels, flip-flops etc. The location even on the busy road was very quiet in the night. The best part is the holel staff. Can't describe how friendly and helpful they were. They even sent our forgotten hat to the other hotel to Koh Samui. Thank you once again dear LIV Team. The pool and breakfast were also great.

Location was perfect because you live in Patong beach but at the same time is quite, comfortable location which is not nosy. A lot of delicious restaurants near hotel. Good breakfast. Clean swimming pool, territory. Lovely stuff. Room is was something special, view is amazing.
