Brand new hotel ultra modern rooms and facilities rooftop infinity pool day time rooftop restaurant night time big food menu presentation was good & it tasted as good as it looked definitely recomend this hotel to anyone & couldn't believe how cheap it was

Only a few comments for fixing on restroom slice door should have the lock, because it’s not really close, and water flows out onto the rack around the sink. And it would be better to have the real coffee, not instant coffee at breakfast.

If you eat together then international dishes should come at the same time. Otherwise one person has to wait. For Thai dishes different arrival times are no problem. And the wine should come before the starters or main courses.

Nice Hotel with a modern and pleasant architecture. Cool Pools (in the green garden and on the rooftop too). International dishes (written as Italian but a Cowboy Burger is maybe a bit more US…). Wine card a bit short but ok. Cocktails are good.

The music in the lovely location of the Zen Garden at breakfast time was quite jarring on the mind. Please no music in the Zen Garden at breakfast. It spoils the atmosphere.

Breakfast was pretty basic, there was no fresh coffee. The Japanese Zen Garden was really nice with lots of trees and plants. Staff were lovely.

The staff weren’t very helpful, especially with the bags. We stopped at the drop off on the way in, there was no staff. we had to carry all the luggages half way to the lobby before anyone came to help. There was also no phone in the room. Therefore, it wasn’t possible to call anyone to help on the check out. So, we carried the everything ourselves, which was still ok. Once we were on the first floor, a staff saw us and pretended to not see us. He literally turned his face away. I was going to give a 10 but this just pulled everything down for me. Otherwise, the hotel is absolutely well designed. It’s pretty and it’s very comfortable, but the service is just off.

The design: beauty, comfort, and privacy The wide window allowing the warm sunlight to shine over the bed is just an absolute good experience.

Table and chair in the room is not comfortable at all, not suitable for working. Rain shower and faucet are clogged. There is shower but it's too low for me. Very disappointing with the view from my room on 2nd flr BF is not so many choices and the taste is so so.

The rooms had balconies, but these balconies were also in use / used by pigeons :-( This is rather disappointing. The view to the city is rather poor, but ok.

Large rooms with large bathrooms and perfect beds. Nice rooftop restaurant and bar, with swimming pool. Very extended breakfast in the garden, which is very nice. Perfect parking place on premises
