Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHave been visiting for many years but the general decoration and furnishing need an overhaul to freshen up as too dated. Cleaning needs more care and freshened up again.
No breakfast Service available, have to use Presidente who offers no daily discount despite the distance to travel. Plenty of Nearby Options. A lot of room & Reception Area space with prompt and polite staff. Although not central it is minutes from food, drink & Shop outlets with a 60bt scooter taxi into the centre. Quiet and safe with no rowdy drunks. More like a residence. Great swimming pool. Generally Westerners.

Beautiful premises with a large, well-maintained pool and a cute garden. Rooms and bathrooms were big and had all the essentials. We got a decent view from the private balcony too.

United KingdomOn arriving at the room it smelt musty, opening the patio doors beforehand to get some air into the room wod have helped, and a spray of air freshner. WiFi very slow, had to use my partners mobile data. TV reception rubbish. Would stsy again if these things where rectified 5/10

EgyptWasn't a great experience. Staff are tough from the reception till cleaner, never find even accidentally smiling. Or putting any effort to assist you. Rooms are so poor, they will offer you bad rooms you need to complain to get better one. Ac is poor. Bathroom very bad. Not recommended at all.

AustraliaActually walking to the cafes and shops in the little town is both dangerous and tricky actually no or little footpath, bikes cars and trucks missing you by inches! This is definitely a turn off..not for the fainthearted or elderly..a bit shocking and poorly managed, why counsel does nothing- a dreadful accident is waiting...this must be addressed by the Hotel and major shops. Actually like staying in Heaven- the pool enormous - so many lovely places to read or eat- other residents polite and respectful. gym is OK.. and staff so kind and helpful- this is the best value in Pattaya
