The reception staff were very rude, check in was delayed by 2 hrs after arrival , but check out was requested the immediate to the minute , without any courtesy of offering late check-out we were fined 500 bhat from deposit

On checking out, we were charged 300 Baht, because housekeeping had apparently reported some cosmetic marks on my partner's pillow from 2 days earlier. We had not been previously informed about this alleged stain nor shown it. Despite being regular and loyal customers, they would not waive the 300 Baht charge. I told them that I would not stay there again, and that they would lose at least 20 nights per year from us alone.

Location and facilities are excellent. This was the 3rd time we have stayed here in 2023, and cannot fault the location or the rooms. I have written positive reviews in the past, and we had planned to stay again in January 2024. We will not return now, because of the poor customer service and focus.

The rooms were ok but noisy as they have interconnecting doors. People coming and going at 0400 in the morning and no respect for others. The aircon is good but obviously needs a service and clean the filters. You couldn't turn it off unless you turned it off with the trip switch .

The location was good as you walk out the back ofvthe hotel onto Soi 4 where there is lots of nightlife

This is the second time we have stayed here, so obviously we like it. The location is great, and is far enough down Soi 2 / Soi 4 to be quiet. We really like the apartment size and the balcony. Everything is available close to hand. We will return in December.

The stuff could be more polite, changed room because our room had a lot of problems, specifically they gave us an upgrade to our balcony room to balcony suite which was a lot bigger but the balcony was so small with no chair and table, when we asked for chair so my wife can sit to smoke outside it was refused, then the machine on the toilet had problem and was leaking water, the stuff come quickly and try to fix but they couldn't, so they come again and replace the machine but he forget to open the valve for the water, then i had to go to reception to ask to change the room, they put us to another room the one we booked, it was smaller than suite but was very nice with normal balcony with table and chair, the only problem with that room was about the air-condition was leaking water, other than that our stay was good

The lack of maintenance of the gym and common areas. The management should really pay more attention to hygiene. The bad smells coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Guests smoking pot in their rooms knowing it is not allowed by the management.

The location is in a very quiet street and with access to a large park. The tuk tuk pick up and drop off service is efficient and it helps when using public transportation. The staff at the front desk are friendly and try to accommodate to everyone's needs.

The gym, treadmills, are in need of a good service, as the belt is slipping and catching on the deck running board. not a big thing but if you like to keep fit and the weather is HOT then having good gym kit is very helpfull.

I managed to get an upgrade to room with the balcony, this is always a bonus, i have stayed a few times with the hotel, and the staff are always happy to help, washing machine is a great added bonus.

Smell of smoked cigarette some days ( from air conditionning), cockroaches everywhere in the room, hard and uncomfortable bed. Electricity has been shut down twice during my stay in the neighborhood. The reason why I decrease my rate from good to average.

Friendly staff. Kitchen with all facilities. Fitness studio, swimming pool, sauna and spa.
