Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe taxi woman at the hotel trying to sell us expensive high priced taxi's, we found her pushy and knew that we would pay a fraction of the price using Grab. The bathroom also had mold in the grout and silicone. The aircon was a little noisy but we put it on 24degrees and it wasn't so bad after that, and the shower didn't heat up as high as we're use to so felt a little cold when showering. All of these are only minor and shouldn't deter you, still very good value for money and we would book again.
Friendly & helpful staff, I accidentally booked the wrong dates for the hotel and was 1 day out, the staff sorted it quickly for me and were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Free shuttle to the end of the street was a nice bonus, though taxi and grab were able to pick us up direct from hotel which was no issue. We highly recommend eating at Arabesque restaurant that's just down the street, it was amazing food. Don't eat at the restaurant next to the 7/11 called Home Restaurant, really awful food, the fried rice tasted off, and I got a shock when I crunched on a sharp bit of chipped off plate in my cashew chicken. We left with mostly full plates and my partner was up all night with an upset belly afterwards.

Nice big room with kitchen and washing machine, balcon, quiet location, but central, just 10 minutes away to restaurants, bars and night life. Good hotel in general, nice rooftop pool. Shuttle to Sukhumvit is a plus. Good Air conditioning and facilities in general.
