Perhaps the Thai food in the restaurant too much turned to European taste but good anyway.

Everything was perfect, people were super nice and always ready to help, the place was extremely comfortable, from the bungalow to the beach itself and the swimming pool. One of the best breakfast in Thailand with tons of choices. There is also a nice cafe where you can enjoy different drinks, coffees and sweets. One of our best stay. We’ll come back for sure.

The room was better then expected loads of space really comfy bed and good aircon. Our room was cleaned everyday and the breakfast buffet was really good with loads of options.

Air con in our room made us cough non stop so we couldn’t have it on. Not sure if it needed servicing. Had a facial and the towels smelt funny like they had been damp and not fully dried/used previously so I had to wash my face after anyway as the smell was lingering.

Nothing to dislike at Long Beach Chalet.

We stayed in a beach front villa for 8 nights and we didn't want to leave. The spacious villa was immaculate and ideally positioned for the pool, reception, restaurant, breakfast, cafe and most of all the stunning long beach. We really enjoyed the food and along with the drinks they offer really good value for money. The staff cannot do enough to help you and we'd definitely recommend booking any excursions with the hotel. The maids do a fantastic job so a special mention to them and finally we found the location to be ideal. There's enough bars and family run restaurants along the main road and beach front. Tip: It's a bit of a journey (albeit a nice one) from Krabi Airport, so I'd definitely recommend paying that little bit extra for the private transfer. Just send the hotel a message and they organise it all and your luxury transport will be waiting on arrival!

Service could have been a little quicker in the bar area. We always had to go to the bar ourselves, which we didn't mind but there were waiting staff with trays sat about. The pool area looked lovely, but the pool was on the smaller side and children were playing so we chose to relax elsewhere.

Breakfast was delicious. You could order eggs from the staff and they would know exactly where you were, to bring you your order, which saved you waiting at the counter. Generally a very good selection. Our room was decorated beautifully (as it was our honeymoon) The room was perfectly clean and comfortable.

There were constantly towels on the pool beds, even with no one in the pool. Never got to use it due to this.

The food at Lym’s wasn’t the greatest and the service was quite slow

The hotel has a lovely relaxed vibe and a beautiful beach with access to some water sports. The staff were welcoming and always on hand to help. I had a lovely massage close to the beach which was relaxing and great value.

Only minor issues: The room is a glass box, so for privacy curtains must be used. curtains style and use could be improved. Service in restaurant is slow.

Excellent customer service. Our AC stopped working and they came and changed the entire AC promptly. The spa sea front chalet is lovely with great views. The bathroom is spacious. Overall it is a great spot on a beautiful stretch of Long Beach.

Staff were very helpful and very friendly. The resort was very clean. Bar, restaurant and coffee shop were right on the beach and perfect for watching the sunset. Food and drink was excellent and feel reasonably priced.

If you choose a chalet, it can be a bit far from the beach/restaurant… but there is a free transportation if needed

Location was good I think in terms of good location on the beach however, not been to Koh lanta before and don’t think we realised quite how big it is, you definitely need to hire a bike/car or get tuk tuks to most places as everything is quite spread out but I guess that’s to be expected. Quite a long walk from the hotel to get to the Main Street and walk along the Road to more bars/restaurants

A tiny thing, but I hadn’t realised that only the properties with hot tubs on the deck are front row to the beach. Our bungalow without a hot tub was set back, between each of the other spa bungalows. This could have been clearer in the information.

Very helpful staff, couldn't do enough for you. Free pool table and ping pong. Lots of seating on the beach and restaurants, pool was clean. A massive menu to choose from and great cocktails. Also a lovely little coffee shop.

The area around is very quiet, the road is not so easy to walk along to bars/restaurants, we normally prefer more eating options on the beach than there are here

Beautiful beach bungalow, very spacious and terrace looking directly to the beach. Pick up from the pier arranged prior to arrival and helped us arrange ferry to Ao nang. Lovely breakfast, great selection of food. Great place to stay as a family
