When emptying the bath tub outside, there was a strong smell in the bathroom but it went away quite quickly.

The room was exceptional. So beautifully decorated and very clean. The bath tub on the balcony was a real bonus. Loved that it was on the beach and that the pool was very close to it too. Restaurant and service were fab. I booked this resort as a treat for my boyfriend’s birthday as we are usually on a backpackers budget, but even this was such good value for money! I let them know that it was his birthday during our stay and they brought out a cake at breakfast and decorated our room for him. Couldn’t have asked for more! Also, there is a fire show on the beach every Tuesday and Sunday which is great to watch and a few good little beach bars near by.

The food is very average, I ate their signature dish on the 1st day and never ordered anything else from their restaurant.

They have two main locations for their rooms - close to the beach and close to the road. Both have a pool you can use. I stayed by the road which was convenient as I did a lot of activities outside of the resort.

Food was not great at the restaurant and the staff were slow to take orders. We found the staff in general to be slow to serve us and it felt like once we had checked out they didn’t really care about us. We had to ask if our taxi had arrived when it had in fact and they never told us.

Awesome room and view. Staff always friendly. Breakfast options amazing and the location is superb. Totally immersed in nature sounds when waking up.

A/C above the wardrobe! Towel rail inside the shower also strange. Turn the shower on full for the first time and all the towels get wet.

We stayed in a Deluxe Garden Loft, which was quite far from the beach and close to the main road. The room was great. I loved the seating and hammock underneath. Big fat fluffy pillows and a firm bed but not rock hard. Breakfast had a good selection and staff were very attentive. In the end, we loved our secluded spot with our own pool away from the melee. Bit of a walk to breakfast or the beach. 4 bottles of water daily. Would stay again.

Very little space in the rooms to hang or put away clothes. We lived out of our suitcases. A little more evening entertainment would have been a bonus

The hotel was very beautiful and it was very easy to get around. Nice swimming pools, private beach right in front of the hotel. The restaurant is nice, many options for food and drinks, efficient and not too pricy. Amazing breakfast with a lot of options to suit everyone. Our room and bathroom were very clean, excellent AC and comfy bed. We would come back if we could !

Everything, I could not fault it. The staff are a major asset. They were all very helpful and always cheerful and relaxed. Special mention must go to our house cleaners Apple and Ma. As well as a spotlessly clean room there would always be a little surprise of sorts. See photo.

Leave plenty of extra time if you are going to use the airport shuttle service. The team should consider a more professional vendor that does not pick up random, ill people on the street along the way.

The beach is immaculate thanks to regular cleaning. The sunsets are incredible with the view extending very far in all directions! It was very safe to swim in the water while we were there. The beach / sea side rooms with tub are much better than any other options. They are spacious with a large balcony and ~100 metres to the water. I loved that there were 2 glass water bottles per rooms that were replaced daily. This is an excellent sustainability initiative. The breakfast options were extensive including healthy options and the staff were very attentive. Highly recommend the Thai massage with oil (traditional dry option is a bit rough for some people).

Surrounding area is limited with restaurants so be prepared to rent a scooter or taxi to get you to various destinations/restaurants otherwise you'll be limited to walking or the resort restaurant partner.

Pool and beach were good; facility and rooms were clean and good for our stay. Really peaceful. The breakfast included in the rate was also good with lots of options with influences of Thai and American. I would rebook this hotel.

Walls are thin on the rooms that are semi detached but can’t do much about that. Had noisy kids next door otherwise it’s not too bad sound wise. A lot of couples and families - I might have been the only solo person the first few days but it’s low season and the romantics probably want quiet time. Location right on the beach but need to walk a bit or get taxi for the shops. Again that doesn’t matter really as it’s easy enough - you stay here to relax and that’s what I did.

I had the sea view villa and was lovely. Well decorated. I also had one night in the deluxe with the spa bath and was so nice. Best to do it day time so you don’t get bitten by mozzies or at night with lights off as it’s outside. There are so many members of staff always tidying and ready to give you a hand. I have never had anywhere so efficient - everything is on time to the minute. Beds are really big and SO comfortable - I find hotel pilllows awful usually but these were not. Also the semi outdoor shower in the deluxe villa was best shower I’ve had - wish u had stayed longer in that one. It was my birthday and they had decorated my room and even put my cards up for me - made me cry as my first solo trip and really made the day extra special. Also the food was the best Thai I had had so far and I’ve travelled a lot

everything about this hotel was perfect. From the amazing restaurant/bar breakfast lunch and dinner. To the beautiful beach. The villa was the nicest I have ever stayed in with excellent design. Bonus was having netflix and being able to chill at night watching a movie with a beautiful sea view.

The room was unfortunately close to the big road, which was sometimes noisy at night. We did not know this when we booked, next time we would book the next higher room category.

The room was very comfortable, well equipped and clean. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of choices. The beach was clean and had enough sun-beds in the shade. The massages offered next to the beach are nice. This was probably the nicest place we stayed at in southern thailand, and for a decent price. We would come back any time!

Perhaps the Thai food in the restaurant too much turned to European taste but good anyway.

Everything was perfect, people were super nice and always ready to help, the place was extremely comfortable, from the bungalow to the beach itself and the swimming pool. One of the best breakfast in Thailand with tons of choices. There is also a nice cafe where you can enjoy different drinks, coffees and sweets. One of our best stay. We’ll come back for sure.
