Terrific staff, great restaurant, superb price/quality. Awesome beach including play area for kids, in a quiet area of koh phanghan. Relatively small pool, but good layout near beach. We had a magical experience here!

The mattress was a bit too hard for our liking, and the bed was somewhat small, but we don't fault the hotel as the pictures were accurate and we had been warned about the size beforehand, yet we chose to keep it.

The hotel features a great restaurant with fresh fish from local fishermen on certain days and a good buffet breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits. The rooms are quiet, and the beach it's situated on is one of the best on the island, in my opinion. The hotel has a friendly camping vibe with authentic Thai bungalows, and good value for money.

Cleaning staff could do with a bit more training. I had to ask them to come back and clean the bathroom properly.

The pool was a bit small and full of toddlers but there was a great pool at the dreamland resort further down the beach you could go to for a small fee. The breakfast was ok, could have been better but still ok.

The location is great, not much to do around there, not many shops and restaurants but it’s super relaxing if you’re after that. The restaurant had great food, the best along the beach. The playground next to it was great for a bit older kids, 6+. The massages was the most wonderful experience! All the staff were super friendly too.

The compressor from airconditioner was causing a noise and vibrations inside the bungalow, especially in the toilet/shower room. I don't know whether every bungalow is like that, but I heard similar noise from a few others as well. It would be better if the compressor was detached from the wall and fixed at a separate support.

This hotel is very beautiful, it is built within an incredible green paradise. The bungalows are entirely made of wood and they look very harmonised with the garden, creating a cosy and peaceful atmosphere. Laying in the hammock on the terrace and observing all greenery around was owesome. Thai massage is available on site.

You shoud expect a lot of children, as it is family friendly resort. Children are noisy all the time, but you get used to it. After all, you are in paradise place and you should just enjoy.

Beautiful surrounding, greenery, ambient, staff always smiling and resort is right at the beach. Nice pool if you dont want to go to the sea. Beach is one of the best in island. In the evening you can go to walk in nearby village and enjoy in good food. Or you can rent a scooter and go exploring the island.

Peacefull place and the best resort on this beach. We are coming here next year. Great food, cabins into the beautiful garden perfect beach, nice people around and many others. We fell so relaxed on this not crowded beach perfect for swimming

The houses are quite small and with a very simple interior. We missed some comfortable seats at the house, so we often sat on the bed.

The atmosphere in this resort is great! It feels very alive and vibrant. The staff is very friendly and cheerful. This resort and the beach with shallow sea is perfect voor families with small kids. Loved the beautiful and relatively quiet beach. The resort has a nice restaurant with great kidsmenu. The garden and houses were well taken care of and looked tidy and clean.

We liked everything!

The location is perfect, right on the beautiful quiet sandy beach The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The vibe at the resort is very chilled, peaceful and relaxed. We loved rhe way we felt like we were in the jungle and the garden was beautifully maintained. The pool is clean and the spa was amazing for quality and value for money! We had massages most days. The staff booked all our cabs for us when we went out which was easy. The food menu was large and varied so we never got bored and tried a variety of options at breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was always so fresh and tasty that we didn't bother eating out! The cabin is basic but everything we needed including safety deposit box, decent shower and privacy, we loved the bungalow for its cute features like the hammock! We will definitely be coming back to long-tail ASAP!

There were a lot of young children staying at the property. We were not expecting that and it sounds like it is a destination for young families. It wasn’t necessarily an issue, but it does make using the pool impossible.

Located on a beautiful beach, near a quaint village. The rooms were comfortable and in great condition. The food was good and staff excellent.

They have a free water fountain for guests to fill their own bottles but they don’t tell you at checkin. No glass should be allowed on pool deck.

Great resort for families traveling with small children (shallow water, food choices, service and amenities). Resort is owner run and you notice that staff is long time retained, treated well and working as a great team. Bungalows are good and clean. Garden is beautiful. End of beach location is quiet. Spa offers high quality massage.
