The best place I've ever stayed at in Thailand. Oli is an amazing host, this guesthouse is well built, affordable, comfortable beds, feels homely, restaurant downstairs as well can order food, very clean, just love it. Highly recommend it. Close to everything.

Everything about the guesthouse, it's the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in Thailand. It feels homely, clean, stylish,the best facility and decor, helpful owner makes you feel welcome. Feels like in game lodge in my country. It has a restaurant downstairs, cam order food and coffee. Also good value for money.It is for me top notch.👌 It is close to everything shops, markets shopping mall and not far from the beach. I highly recommend it. And I could book and pay through booking.com. Oli the best. 🙏

Very friendly staff. Olivier the host is well travelled and has a lot of stories. Great room with balcony. A/C was very good. Good fridge to keep beverages cold inside the room. Comfy bed and pillows. Hotel is located near night market and the beach. Nice restaurant downstairs. I really liked their tom yum kung soup, very yummy.

Location is great can easily walk to the beach through soi 75, market village, bluepoint and has the best Muay Thai club around the corner. There are two push bikes that are free to use at all times. The room is cosy and clean, has everything needed for great value. Quirky and unique design, one of a kind. The restaurant food is delicious, I recommend the chicken green curry. The owner Olli is the perfect host and his staff are great.

Aircon units were very loud, lowest temperature 18*. Had to wear ear plugs in order to sleep. Having said that it’s a great place to stay.

Located right on the Hua Hin Soi strip. Owner Oli was very helpful and friendly, and even helped us find other accommodation when we got our dates confused. The resident chef was extremely friendly and cooked exceptional thai food. Clean rooms. Free tea, coffee and biscuits.

The design of the hotel is really nice. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff is really kind and so is Olivier the owner, who makes sure you have everything you need.

A bit noisy at night because of the bars all around.

The French owner is very friendly and welcoming. We had a nice time here, slept well, enjoyed the facilities and free tea/coffee, and said that we would happily stay here again. Good wifi, nice little terrace, and fantastic location, especially if you're coming to do Muay Thai at KMT or Fight Nation.

There is no elevator but this is a 9 room guesthouse . There were no issues !

I felt a calmness there . The room was large even with the king bed. There is now an eating space (restaurant) . Olivier is the host and he’s exceptionally helpful. He has laundry facilities and will do a 10kg load for 100 Baht. Olivier is a hands on owner but doesn’t interfere with your stay.

This is exactly the kind of guesthouse we like - surrounded by good food, clean and laid back. Ollie was always there to answer questions when we needed. We only stayed a few nights so we preferred not to have the room made up - but anytime we needed anything they were ready to provide. Excellent guesthouse!

Oli's Lovely Guesthouse 94 is exactly what it says on the tin - the loveliest guest house in Hua Hin! The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant / seating area downstairs is a plant and nature-filled escape from the bustle of the town, the guest house is a lovely size (less than ten rooms total I think) and the star of the show is Oli! Warm, kind, thoughtful, and the creator of a welcoming, homely and relaxed environment. He kindly lent us bicycles for free during our stay (which were excellent for nipping about the town and visiting further beaches) and stayed late on our last day waiting for us to pick up our bags (we felt awful about this, but his kindness is unquestionable!) The wifi strength is also very good for anyone working while travelling, the shower water pressure was perfect even for those with longer hair, and the fridge in the room very spacious.

This has nothing to do with the guesthouse, but just a gentle warning for the ill prepaired traveller: Hua Hin sees a lot of single Western men in their 50’s, walking around with (multiple) young Thai women. Unfortunately that is also a part of Thailand. Still, Oli’s guesthouse is not in the centre of that all, so if your visiting for the beach, definitely stay here, and not in the old town aka Sin City😉

Oli is the most friendly host. We weren’t really prepared for the Sin City that Hua Hin is, but fortunately Lovely Guesthouse 94 isn’t in the middle of that all. It’s a nice location, with lots of restaurants nearby, and an easy and short stroll to the beach. That’s exactly what we needed, and if that’s what you’re here for, Lovely Guesthouse 94 is the place to be. Superclean and beautiful looking rooms too!
