The bathroom attached to the bungalow gets hot, but you get used to it.

Lucky Bungalows is run by a delightful trio, Sue, Jon, & Pin, who made our 10-day stay at Lucky truly memorable & heart-warming. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, taken care of, & treated like true guests. Sue, Jon, and Pin went out of their way to help us deal with medical challenges we faced while we were staying on Koh Mook, arranging boat & taxi rides to & from the hospital in Trang, escorting us to the hospital, & checking up on us to make sure were were okay while we were at the hospital. These are the kind of people they are. Sue & Jon arranged a fantastic snorkeling day-trip for us to a nearby island, handling the logistics for us, so all we had to do was show up. They let us use their kitchen when we needed to reheat or make a meal. Jon even let me use his private bathroom when I had nowhere else to go! Now that's hospitality! Thanks Jon! :) They told us where to find the best food on the island, gave us motorbike taxi rides to the pier when we failed to arrange them in advance, & Pin accompanied my wife to the local health clinic, comforting her when she was feeling ill. Incredible kindness and generosity made our stay at Lucky extremely special. The property is beautiful, with lovely gardens, a nice yoga platform with yoga mats, is conveniently located near restaurants, markets, bars, & shops in the central area of the main village on Koh Mook, & is a five-minute walk to the nearest beach. The bungalows are small, but comfortable & have everything you need, including a mid-sized fridge, AC, a fan, a comfortable bed, & a traditional Thai bathroom. There's also a lovely sitting area outside the room where you can relax & hang your laundry to dry on the drying rack. There's a common kitchen area where you can make tea, coffee, get filtered water, & eat a meal, but there is no restaurant at Lucky. Fortunately, there are several great restaurants nearby.

No hot water but wasn’t a problem as such for me and tepid was perfect in the heat.

The gardens gave the property a very relaxed feel. The accommodation was also fine for what we wanted.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the property. Our room was cool, clean and comfortable- we slept really well! The location of the property is great- lots of restaurants nearby and beaches within walking distance.

John & Su are the most amazing hosts, absolute naturals in running the business. We had so much fun staying there! The beds were comfy, clean and spacious. The yoga platform and boutique handmade jewellery shop on sight is beautiful. We cannot wait to revisit koh mook and stay with them!

Centrally located near the pier and town. Property is very comfortable with nice gardens and very sweet Yoga area. Nice set up in a covered outdoor “almost” kitchen for making coffee.

Very friendly owners - always helpful and always in good mood. The place is clean and there is a beautiful garden. Our favourite beach is Charlies beach with very clean water and necess ary facilities. I can definitly recomend to visit this place:-)

Great location with comfy room and good bed. Free water which was nice and spacious common area. But the most wonderful thing were the hosts. They were always friendly and willing to help. They went also an extra mile when I forgot my headphones in the accomodation. With their help I got them back. Can definetely recommend. Thank you Su and John!❤️❤️

Su and John are the best hosts we've come across. Ko mook is epic and they did everything possible to make our stay a success. Great banter, nothing too much trouble, bikes for hire, close to great eateries. We will 100% be back there. Loved every minute

very nice stay The staff was very lovely and have a lot of trust in their customers. Especially the breakfast was nice. The Bungalows are very beautiful with mango trees around them which you can eat.

My stay at this accommodation was fantastic. The air-conditioned room was a lifesaver, and the owner's kindness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The cozy atmosphere added to the charm, and the location was perfect – near the town center with plenty of food options within walking distance. I'll definitely be returning for another wonderful stay!

The owner is very nice. She teaches me to do yoga by the beach in the morning, it’s so relaxing me❤️ I was so so surprised that she got the certificate of yoga from India too!! She also know how to do necklaces, bracelets and other beautiful accessories You can get Thai food, Mexican or American food here, all dishes was so amazing because she used to be the owner of famous restaurant in Trang named Guava. The bungalow stand near the beach so you can walk there and if you’re lucky, you will see the manatee Is such an amazing time here, I surely come back if I have an opportunity❤️

The resort is so convenient for everywhere on the island. We loved the welcome by the resort owners and thoroughly enjoyed their company. If you want value for money and a homely resort, you should book Lucky Bungalows as soon as possible.
