The room was very clean and equipped with every thing you needed for your stay, I will book the same room again for next year. The staff at La Casita were very friendly and it had a wonderful swimming pool wit grounds.

We were lucky that the pool wasn’t very busy as there are many 20 sun beds in a complex with 400+ rooms. Also due to the size of the property the pool is completely covered by shade at 4pm.

Great Location to the beach and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. As well the kitchen also being small is quite practical

Just bear in mind these are apartments and there isn't any onsite restaurant or pool bar but all facilities are on doorstep.

The studio flat had everything we needed and it was great value for money.

Not the condos fault but for such a large condo very few sunbeds. And the usual selfish people reserving and not using!! Long pool on photos too shallow for serious swimming. Condo opposite Bangkok hospital so you do get sirens.

We had a brilliant stay. The host could not have been more caring. My wife asked if they had an ironing board. Which they did not. 4 days later a brand new ironing board arrived. Weekly cleaning was thorough. The position of la casita is it's main strength. 5 minutes walking to market village, blueport and the beach. The bars and restaurants of soi 94 are also 5 mins away. We liked it so much we have booked for another month next year. Its important to manage expectation. This is not a 5 star hotel. But an excellent value condo.

It would be good to have access to another roll of toilet paper (further rolls are locked in a cabin and only accessible by the housekeeping staff). There was only one bathing towel prepared for two people, so we had to ask for a second one which only came on the next day

Good clear instructions, efficient reception, very well equipped kitchen, IKEA plates and cutlery, spotlessly clean. Very good WiFi and TV. We enjoyed breakfast on small balcony, nice sea view, 200m of green land separation from calm Bangkok hospital, far enough back from road (others may differ). Good pool, gym fine for a few days. Short walk to Tops supermarket, two big malls or to beach. Washing machine uncomplicated to use .

The apartment was furnished with quality products throughout. Everything you need if you prefer to self cater.. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The shower had excellent pressure. Great WiFi and TV reception. Superb swimming pool, gym and picturesque gardens with lots of comfortable furniture Underground secure parking was available

As an apartment complex once you check in you have to fend for yourself. Nobody to show you to your room. No one to help you with your luggage. We had to commandeer a shopping trolley. This is the pitfall of choosing an apartment over a hotel. Our room was had partial sea views and mountain veiws. Unfortunately the over whelming veiw was the Bangkok hospital. The bed although super comfy is Queen size which meant me having to cuddle the wife to stop falling out. ( First time in 5 years )
