We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Australiathey were only bread to make toast and 2 minutes instant noodle for breakfast. towel was filty with strong smell of pee. I used it to wipe my face I was so upset. suggest not to book with breakfast because you pay too expensive for the instant noodle.
Staff were nice, bed was comfortable.

United StatesBreakfast consisted of instant coffee and ramen noodles. They had toasters but i guess you had to bring your own bread, luckily there was a miniC next door. Breakfast from 7-10. We were there at 8. We ate elsewhere. A little hard to find the entrance.
