United StatesThe only thing we’d change is that people smoke in the restaurant and we’re not used to that, but it wasn’t very often.
Everyone was wonderful and the food was fantastic! The staff here is so kind and genuine and we already wish we could go back!!! Thank you to King and Zaw for being like family and teaching us so many new things!!!

Excellent well maintained property right on the beach 🏖️ with small but big enough infinity pool. Very modern well maintained rooms with large shower and comfortable bed, WiFi was excellent too. Close to good restaurants both to the left and the right of the property walking along a lovely clean sandy beach 🏝️ Staff were very friendly and helpful 🙏

United KingdomLucky enough to have beachfront bungalow which was lovely to be able to sit out on in an evening and watch the sea.. The beach was lovely.. not in the sun very much but the sea was lovely and you can always take a mat and sit in the sun on the beach to get sun. Staff were fabulous big shout out to Angel and Kim who were exceptional. The rooms were immaculate and couldn't fault the food. Would definitely stay again if we could get same room..although looking to stay for 4 weeks in one place next year so would take another bungalow as possibly cheaper if staying in one place for that length of time. Can't thank the staff enough, very professional and kind. Hopefully see you soon.

It’s right on the beach which was amazing!! A short cab ride from Fisherman’s Village. Er only stayed 1 night so didn’t get to explore too much.

GermanyThe lock to our room was really difficult to close. We always managed to after some tries. However one day the cleaning staff left the room unlocked. In total it was a save place so it was not a big of a deal.

SwitzerlandHowever, the main entrance has no protection against the mosquitoes. It’s very vulnerable during the housekeeping and the in and out of the guests. A mosquito grid or a device on electrical plug could be welcome as the current repellents are not efficient enough. The restaurant provides good level and quality food but very pricey (double of an average good Thai restaurant). The restaurant / bar closes early (around 9pm) as it makes us to find other solutions (plenty in the neighbourhood). It opens also late (around 8:30am) which makes the breakfast almost in the middle of the morning. Speaking of the breakfast, we had it included in the room’s price. However it is a 250 baths “voucher” a la carte proposal (see price comment above..). Two sets / menu are also possible. For this value, you get a small amount of food (We were already hungry at 11am) but quality one. It was also a misunderstanding as we were told by one person that the complimentary water is free and can be requested at discretion. When we asked (to another person), we had to pay for it. There was also a misunderstanding about which credit card we can use (Visa, Master, Amex,..) as one time it was accepted and the other time it was not. A clear and unique communication / instruction through the whole staff is appreciated. At least but not last, the credit card pourcent commission (3%) should not be charged to the customer as it has also another commission on top (abroad rate exchange 2.5%). So at the end of the day the customer has double commission and i don’t take into account card’s annual fee. Even if’s “common” (but not fair) for small Thai shops to charge the commission on the customers, it could be great and royal that the hotel takes it. The credit card has its cons but also the pros.
The hotel provides a beautiful sand beach, a cute overfilled pool, sun loungers and towels.. the perfect matches for a romantic journey. The staff is very helpful and conscientious. The room (#10) was clean, a bit small but does the job. The bathroom was also practicable and has a mosquito grid on the (open) window which is a plus as it allows good air recirculating.

AustraliaBreakfast doesn't start until 8:30am which we found was a bit late. However, one day we needed to leave early for a day trip so they let us order early which we were very grateful for! There are a lot of mozzies around, but they provided us with free repellent 🙂
Very friendly & attentive staff. They helped us to organise taxi transfers to the airport. They also do bike hire, which was great as it's a bit of a walk to the nice shops and restaurants on Maenam Beach. The food in the restaurant was amazing! Comfortable rooms. It's a small resort so it's nice and quiet.
