The excursion we booked for tubing was poor due to being the end of the dry season. It shouldn't have gone ahead. As their was no water. What should have been a enjoyable experience was very stressful and we ended up walking the majority of the way. It took 2.5hrs to complete, staff seemed dismissive when this was mentioned. The trip shouldn't be sold at this time of the year.

Lovely family room, spacious and modern. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were very accommodating. Pool was of a good size and clean.

Tours expensive and inflexible (we booked elsewhere). Right next to the road, so some noise and rooms did not all have a great view. Decor was French-style which was a bit odd, but very clean. Odd to have a window with blind outside of the bathroom though. Was hoping for a more immersive jungle experience, but it was fine. Far from national park and resturants, so couldn't easily explore food options.

Wonderful hotel, loved the new pool and restaurant. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Incredible views from the pool. They were always happy to take us via buggy to the pool from reception. A must in the heat with children. TV had good channel for the kids who were struggling sightseeing in the 36 degree heat and humidity.

Amazing views from this hotel. Rooms are super clean. The pool is on a hill as well as the restaurant but still very do-able. Room is a bit small but the little terrace on the side makes up for that. Staff helpful and friendly. The views and surroundings from hotel are amazing. You will need a car or scooter as hotel is a bit outside of the small town. Egg station at breakfast, not a large variety of breakfast items but the items they have are nice.

It is pity that the good view is not from the rooms. They are around that hill on the other side.

The resort seems to be quite new. Everything is created with love and natural feeling. The place is definitely a cool place to stay. The little houses are cozy and the space in the room is ok, not much but enough. The beds were comfortable. The staff in the restaurant tried their best to fulfill our wishes and give us a great time. Walking around there by night and the steps to the rooms are a bit dangerous. Visitors have to be careful. People with walking disabilities should bear this in mind when making their choice.

I do not mind the steps to climb but the elderly would need to be careful.

The view is lovely. It has a warm cosy feel to the place with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Their service is commendable. Food at the restaurant is good, the breakfast spread has variety.

Great views! Rooms were compact, comfortable and clean. Be prepared to climb narrow steps and slopes as resort is built on hilly grounds. Good breakfast spread. Staff are friendly, patient and helpful.

It’s good to have a car while staying here as it’s pretty far out from the nearby village and other activities in the area.

Very cute hotel for relaxing. Close to the road but still gives a feeling of being in the middle of the jungle 😊 Nice pool area. Room was spotless clean.

Rooms very small, location of new swimming pool very far to walk and not very good for elderly people - seems that it was not planned very well pool far and office in another part and then restaurant in another part would be better to have one big area for office and restaurant in one spot and more convenient for people to access

A little close to the road but, the gardens and surrounding area soon make you forget the road.

The breakfast was superb. I'm vegetarian and they made a very s[special effort to make a vegetarian dish for breakfast every day. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The main restaurant veranda area was a gorgeous place to hang out and watch the morning mist rise from the mountains. The surrounding gardens were very much in keeping with the surroundings and lovely.

The room size was a bit small and almost didn’t have space for two big luggage. The path to go up to the breakfast area and restaurant was quite steep.

The location of the hotel is located in the very beautiful surroundings and nature. We see mist against the mountains in the morning and it made it all worthwhile to come here. Very nice! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pool smaller than expected. Outdoor bath not functioning well. Hard to communicate in English in the restaurant. Not easy reachable transportationwise. Also not accessible for everyone due to steep steps to get to the room. I would say an excellent romantic get away for a night or two if you're not traveling on a budget.
