Spotlessly clean property with most comfortable beds.First hotel,which provided blended coffee beans with a cafetière.Staff is very professional and polite.They provide a free shuttle to the shopping and beach ,which was very efficient as hotel is located on the hill with no pedestrian walkway.

Literally nothing, I love Mai House

This is the second time I've stayed at Mai House and once again it surpassed my expectations. The aesthetic and design are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, the pool is amazing, the food is awesome, the staff are incredible (special shout out to Ice and Na, the most friendly and cute staff I've met in Phuket)!

I stayed in the pool access suite and my stay was exceptional. The room was big and had private pool access, buffet style breakfast, quiet location (still close to many things in Phuket) , many pools in the resort, rooftop bar/restaurant.

They really should be fair and clear in their offer and mention when there is construction work. There was literally an entire pool that couldn’t be used and there was noise throughout the day, so sitting by the pool was hard if you’re noise sensitive like me. The place feels a little bit cramped bc the pool is facing other peoples windows and the curtains are not protecting you from seeing their business. that’s why I kept my room dark most of the time. The shuttle bus is awful as it’s very old and open/windy. you need to hold your hat or belongings so they won’t fly away. I mean, I liked a lot about it, but was extremely annoyed to have booked a hotel where they have construction work going on as I try to avoid that at all cost.

The atmosphere is lovely. It’s a very modern luxury property with very modern rooms. Everything is very new which I liked a lot. The view from the balcony is nice as you can see the ocean. The food was good

The only thing I would say is the menu selection and prices were slightly overpriced however this is most likely all hotels ever so not individual to this hotel to be fair!

Absolutely fantastic staff, who were prepared to help and provide support in all ways to make your life as easy as possible. Also it’s the little details that make the difference, like sometimes you don’t want to have think of things but here everything was thought of! Great attentive team, fantastic accommodation and tranquil area, close enough to the hussle and bussle with a free shuttle service daily which was great…but also enough for it to be a peaceful and relaxing time! Thank you for everything and for being the first hotel i have ever stayed in to think of the little details that add up to make your life that much easier / better holiday and less stressful!

The hotel is up the hill, so some taxi drivers charge extra money for this. Not a lot, maybe 100 baht extra, just something to be aware of.

We loved everything about it. The staff was so friendly, the food was amazing and so good. It was a great experience! If you want a hotel where you can relax but still close to Patong, this is an amazing choice!

The location is on a main road with no pavement. So you are unable to walk to any convenience stores. The shuttle bus could run more frequently and make an additional stop at the local 7eleven for example.

The hotel was modern and clean. Our room with pool access was perfect for couples who want more space. The staff were exceptional, they were so friendly & helpful. I suffered an eye injury during my stay and the staff took me to a pharmacy and international clinic to ensure I got the right medical help.

We loved everything but only wish the bar was open a bit later so we could stay in the hotel in the evening rather than going into Patong.

Beautiful view & lovely pool area, rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The staff are always friendly and happy to help with anything. Minnie on the excursion desk is also great - she helped us with booking the elephant sanctuary.
