Air condition was too loud. Air condition these a days should be an inverter and because of that quite. The cost to purchase is not much different and it will have even lower electric cost.

- My bed was a bit short so my feet were sticking out slightly. I'm 6ft or 183 cm so just above average. I think it was because the headboard covers up atleast 5 to 6 cm of the bed for some reason. - The aircondition in my room was very loud. I had to play with the settings for two days before i found one where the noise was ok. I talked to another guest and he had no such issues so it must have been only my room. - Only one staff member spoke fluent english. The rest had minimal english or none at all. - The layout of the room could have been better so that you could watch TV while in bed.

+ Very spacious rooms. + Nice big TV which you can connect to your chromecast/firestick or HDMI cabel if you take it down. + Central location close to all the restaurants. + The cleaning is very good. They always clean when you leave so when you come back its all done. All hotels should do it this way. + Very good wifi/internet. All in all a very good apartment and i will most likely rent it again next time i'm in Hua Hin.

The kitchen cupboards have mould behind them. The smell is very strong every time you open the draws it seems water is leaking from the sink. The gym needs a big clean as the carpet is dirty. There was only 1 soap in bathroom to wash hands and use in the shower. No cleaning supplies provided to clean up your dishes. The bin is too big to put away so it just gets in the way all the time. The beds are double so a little small. The room cleaning is unpredictable some days done first thing in the morning other late afternoon.

The location is good. Quiet street next to shopping mall and walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Room size is good, clean and big fridge. The drinks area on top floor is good but during this heat wave it’s too hot to sit there with leather sofas would be good to add some fans.

The room is really dark especially toilet that has yellow dim light, couldn't really see well in the mirror. Difficult to put make up on as there is no other mirror. Bed is tiny and very uncomfortable for two persons. My husband feet was dangling off the bed because bed is shorter than him. It's okay for one or two nights max for us.

Room size is good , cute design with stove , kettle and good size fridge. There is a wardrobe with safe box which is a plus. New and modern. Close to shopping mall that we can easily get dinner.

Have stayed here before in a room facing the street side- Soi 88/1. Better view, much quieter. The rooms facing the other side - face the parking structure of Market Village- the ex big busy mall. Also, place needs a work over regarding painting the doors and rooms. And, could be a bit cleaner. Perhaps give the cleaning lady some help !! All rooms equipped for cooking- which I think opens up more hygiene issues.

Nice soft bed and pillows. Has washers and dryers ( 2 ), available at cost. Oh, excellent hot water and water pressure in shower and sink. Sink too has a small water heater. Have never seen before in Thailand. Nice , can shave with decent warm water to shave- not have to use the kettle to fill sink with hot water for a nice shave.

Size of room was not what we were expecting, much, much smaller than stated. Poorly laid out room. Limited electric sockets. No light or nightstand on one side of the bed, it was pushed against the wall. Lack of horizontal surfaces to place items. Very small, undersized "queen" bed. Found ants in bathroom.

It’s not as nice as you see in the pictures and it’s at the back of the Market Village’s parking lot so the cars are noisy. They don’t have suncover curtains as well so the room gets so bright when the sun is out, already. I book a twin bedroom but they gave us one queenbed and the room is a bit old.

They upgraded our room to deluxe room.

There was almost no daylight in the apartment, right opposite there is a big shopping mall and the parking garage was very close. So it was louder during day time until 9pm or so. The balcony was just for the AC.

Needed a hook or two in the bathroom, and a shelf, as no where to put your bathroom stuff. Would have been good to have a toaster. Plus a mirror on the wall.

It was a small apartment. Very clean and not a bad location as near a very good spa and the super market. Plus not far to walk to the beach.

Friendly English speaking staff with helpful hints about the area. Reasonable rate, good room cleaning every day. Nice fitness center.
