The restaurant for breakfast should be opened at 6.30 not 8.00 am. A bit too late!

The ventilation in the toilet was poor and facilities could use some refurbishing.

The staff was so kind and accomodating, always with a big smile on their faces. Breakfast was excellent in comparison what we encountered elsewhere in Thailand. Amazing sunbeds and very private access to the beach.

Stunning resort with superb facilities including snorkelling equipment to hire and kayaks to take out into the ocean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food was delicious! Would stay again in a heart beat!!

not much choice of food & water, not really any shops & food quality wasn't the best also room number 10 where i stayed had a cockroach infestation in the Sofa/chair & i had to kill them all myself, not something i wanna be doing when relaxing they was about 20 in my room i couldn't sleep so they need to check out that room.

Was surprised to have a loud group with lots of children show up at this serene spot. It definitely took away from the peaceful atmosphere. Reef is pretty beat up and coral is bleached but it's so close.

Beautiful spot. Great staff. Free snorkel gear and kayaks. Reef right in front of the beach. Clean comfortable rooms.

The most amazing beach right in front of the villas/bungalows. Voted to one of the worlds most beautiful in 2023. So serene, quiet and untouched. Amazing island! We loved it! And the lagoon is 100% perfection!

We both had an upset stomach (no too full on) on our last day - we’re not sure if was something we ate or not so good batch of bottled water. Otherwise we had a very pleasant relaxing few days.

The location was exceptionally peaceful at the end of the beach. The staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Arriving by long tail boat right outside the resort was spectacular.

The welcome was brief - no welcome drink as in other resorts. No hand towel ( though this may be a conservation issue). Soap was minuscule. Breakfast was a bunfight first thing - some shortages later on. No cakes!! Menu is ok but not very extensive.

Fantastic beach, sun beds, and view - the room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom very good. Our villa (10) was in the best position just a few yards from the sun beds which were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Pond.

Really the nicest resort on the island. It is at the end of the beach in the most beautiful part, and it is much more private, without the daytrippers filling up the beach. There is also a really nice stretch of coral reef right in front of the resort, about a 100 metre wade offshore with clownfish in anemones and parrot fish - really beautiful for snorkelling. The room was brand new, and all have beach views. It's an island where everything is more expensive, but it is worth it. Plus the included breakfast was excellent.

The price is way to high and not motivated compared to other resorts in the area. With this price you would expect more. Dangerous frame around the bed where i hurt myself quite badly. Their payment method is unsecure and rejected by some banks. The rooms lack some maintenance.

The staff (with one exception) is untrained and just not interested to serve. That includes the owner/mgr who sits on his barstool all days without checking how his guests are doing. Food orders are never going to the right table, can take very long time and tables are left uncleaned for the next guests to handle themselves. So little effort would be needed to win so much in this area. Our bungalows were at the north end of the property, in a bit of a forgotten spot where the beach is not as nice and tidy as the rest (and with rocks in the water). Also the large trees in that area are home to thousands of VERY loud cicadas that swarms if the lighting is on at night. So we basically only slept there and couldn't use the sunbeds or deck chairs that belonged to the bungalows. The hot water doesn't work that well (scalding or cold), and the janitors weren't able to fix it for us. The flooring needs to be redone - cheap plastic where the glue has melted or something, so large cracks and it moves around. Same for all resorts (maybe somewhat worse the more north you get), but at low tide it is basically not possible to take a swim unless you walk out 500m or so to the reef edge. Could be good to check the tide schedule before booking.

The island, beach and water is just amazing. Being able to do snorkeling of that quality from the beach is fantastic. We were picked up at the ferry with a resort boat and welcomed with a chilled drink. Made us feel very welcome. Free access to resort kayaks and SUPs were great. The bungalows are very nice standard with A/C, fridge, wifi, etc (but with some defects as mentioned below). The bar area of the resort is very nice, and the food is pretty good too. We felt the breakfast was very nice, contrary to some other reviews. The blueberry pancakes were appreciated. After being rated for the worlds best beach by a magazine, there are a lot more day tourists at Kradan, but you don't feel it when at the North end of the beach.

Amazing location right on the beach with a lot of privacy, super helpful hosts, and free kayaks and snorkels. Our bungalow felt very luxurious with a lovely sea view terrace and a small section the beach to ourselves with sun loungers. The resort is spread out accross the best part of the beach and every bungalow has a sea view. The restaurant has a really good menu and an Italian chef for amazing pizzas and pasta. The Thai food is also really good and all the other staff are locals. Can’t wait to come back
