The bathroom smelt bad and the streaming box was only made available after I asked for it. But they hooked it up very promptly when I did ask.

Really good value for money, Mall right next door with lots of food choices and 7/11 close by. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The lobby and building were old and there was a smell. Probably not the fault of the hotel. I think from the city sewer. The price was a bit high for me but I would probably stay there again because of the cleanliness of the room. The sheet was white and fresh ...I was impressed.

The room was extremely clean. It has a refrigerator and nice spacious countertop. The floor, bed and bathroom was extremely clean.

The oldschool equipment of our room was unnecessary - the shelves felt ancient and took alot of space in the room, I would not use them to store our things. The windows are thin so if you have lighter sleep you'll need to use earplugs because of the main roads around. In general I feel like the building is a bit run down and not using the potential of a good business location.

The location of the Hotal is really convenient if you are there just for a layover or short visit of the area. There are main roads right around the hotel and there are atleast 4 shopping malls within a few minutes of walk. The bed was comfortable and water in shower was nice and warm. Everything was clean.

The water pressure in the shower room is relatively weak. The soundproof of the room is quite poor we can hear the sound from outside at night, especially they are having construction work besides.

The price is good, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. The staff replied promptly on my messages and had been very helpful online before we came.

- Location: not in center so if you want to get to the center via taxi, it may take some time due to high volume of traffic. There’s also a bridge/road construction in front of the hotel so it adds more traffic to the already congested traffic. - Room: a bit old but for the money we paid, I think it’s worth it. - Other: could have given some hair dryers. - Bathroom & toilet: not bad but I wish there is also a rug inside and maybe a curtain divider to stop the shower water from getting all over the whole floor.

- Room: spacious and decently clean. - Bed: big and decently comfortable. - Other: come with free water bottles.

Only the last room we booked had a little remark that the tv was not able to receive Thai tv of other international channels. Only Youtube and Netflix. But the other rooms did have this. So this is not a dealbraker. The hotel is in the process of renovating. Some rooms still need to be done and give a 'older' impression.

Over a period of 3 weeks we stayed 3 times at Mall Suites hotel. We booked 3 times different types of rooms. Only the last time the tv was a little dissapointing because we could only use Youtube and Netflix, no Thai or international channels. But is the only small remark. The hotel is ideal for people that only stay a few days when going to other places. Being next the 'The Mall' is a blessing because there you find all you can imagine, and with a very large 4th floor with only international resteaurants.

I found some small cockraches. I asked the housekeeper to leave the bug spray, so i could kill them myself.

Very kind staffs, i asked for more than normal guests due to my special needs but they're kind to accomodate. Also 3 malls nearby by walking distance. Not great malls, but you'll get whatever you need in the big supermarkets. Bangkapi isn't a tourist area, but if you need to stay in Bangkapi for some reason, i recommend it.

Construction work is on the road all day long, very close to the hotel, noisy, and causes traffic jams. Location is far from city centre, no MTR or buses.

Very close to the mall, shops and markets nearby. Hotel staff are wonderful and kind people, helped us to send us our things that we forgot. Thank you!

Nothing I didn’t like about the property.

We loved our large suite with terrace! It was just as planned, we wanted a stay near easy transportation, walking distance to the huge mall next door. It was easy for my family to shop and find things to eat. I will definitely book this property again! Enjoyed our NYE night to watch the fireworks!
