I probably shouldn't give this place raves because I'm concerned about it being super popular and unavailable next time I go back but honestly I can't think of a single negative thing except beer was sorta pricey, fortunately there is a 7-11 15 minutes walk away

We randomly chose this place from several others we had shortlisted as possibilities, so,so glad we did. Loved 😍 this place. Extended our stay and considering going back. It was super clean and quiet. ...and the pool..so awesome yet never busy likely due to the great beach basically at your doorstep. Ample lounge chairs and seating. Full on breakfast, no chance of going hungry. Close to walk to restaurants and sunset bars . Definitely in my top 10 of places I have stayed in multiple countries over the last 25 years. Staff were great as well. Elephants on the beach some afternoons, lots of watersport equipment available near by too.

The only small thing was that the TV in the room was an old CRT one so we couldn't connect laptop for Netflix. We are on a 4 month trip so enjoy a bit of relaxation in the room.

The location was beautiful, the pool absolutely amazing and the beds very comfortable. You can have breakfast outside beachside, it's fantastic

Air conditioning needs to clean..smell. The window has a little gap all insects came in. we had to cover it with a curtain all the time. But it was not a big deal. It could be nice if you have a water filter instead of giving a plastic water bottle. 🙏

The Wi-Fi was a bit unpredictable, but we found this to be the case throughout most of Southeast Asia.

Manager upgraded our room without additional charge. He, along with the rest of the staff, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has an infinity pool! We often swam in the pool in the evening after dinner. The hotel provides towels for both the beach and pool. Great location on a quiet street directly on Kai Bae Beach. It’s within walking distance to 7-Eleven, restaurants, shops, etc. We rented a scooter so we could visit other parts of Koh Chang. Breakfast buffet with both Thai and western dishes.

Everything was perfect - cleanliness, all staf very helpful, amazing location. Excellent breakfast.Right on the beach, close to the center of the area (5 minutes of walk), where are plenty of schops and restaurants. 100 % recommend!!!

The hotel is looking tired after covid; the breakfast was Ok; the separate deck bar area is not being used at all and a shame. Construction work going on next door spoilt the ambience
