The ac unit had difficulty cooling the room.. mostly because of the indoor/outdoor bathroom door and the entrance door ( not sealed at all.. hung towels up to help keep hear out and cool in) the 1 and only issue...

Lovely quiet little aparthotel on the sea front . Good variety for breakfast, pancakes or eggs to order . Staff so friendly and helpful , a lovely guy with a torch to help you back to your apartment at night . Definitely stay here again .

It is far away from the center/restaurants (15min walking each side). The sea water if full of garbage... in 1 sq meter you will find a piece of plastic (bottle, cup, bag,...)

The staff is amazing. There was no mosquitos. Everything was clean. Frontbeach.

The hotel is Great! Just in front of the beach, with chair and all the facilities that you need. The staff is the best, very helpful, and there is a very friendly guy that helps you with the luggage when you arrive at the pier. The room isn’t the biggest but you’re not want to stay at your room when you’ve that beach in front of you. The hotel is far from the craziness of Phi Phi which is great, but you’ve to consider that it’s also 20 minutes far from the main area of restaurants, for instance. Honestly, it isn’t a problem if you like walking like me, but it’s good to tell.

Loved all of it :)

Away from main settlement hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk in each day. Beautiful beach view with a lot of cute wildlife, like monkeys, lizards, crazy crabs to see. Close to beach bars, convenient stores and cafes. I loved sitting on the beach watching the boats, and people come and go. Food from restaurant was amazing! Coffee delicious. Staff very friendly.

Long walk to a rather small room. Bathroom is not in ac space but open to outside. At low tide the beach goes away... but at high tide it's magical. Staff weren't able to book us a private boat because of holiday, but we managed on our own to book a private speed boat next door. I think they should have gotten it done and made the money from us, but they gave up since their regular boats were unavailable. Ridiculous that a paying customer can go next door to do what you can't.

Beach is very nice, nice lounger set up by the hotel. They helped carry out bags from pier. Friendly staff.

The only thing we wasn’t keen with was the bathroom. It’s basically outside so it’s really hot when going to the toilet.

All superb except that many boats are coming next to the hotels beach over the whole day.

Breakfast really good with fresh coffee and many pastries. The whole staff was very friendly. Nice massage with view to the ocean.

The only negative was not much clothes hanging space in our room.

The staff make Mama Beach what it is. They are so nice and helpful. The room was lovely. We were on the ground floor so could just slide the door open and step out to the beach. Great location too. Overall, a great property that we will return to. The owner was very helpful and nice too.

Room was fairly basic and the air con did not feel as though it was the best.

A lovely small hotel on the beach front in phi phi with sun loungers on the beach for hotel guest. The breakfast was the best we’ve had from a hotel in Thailand with fresh omelettes made every morning and lots of choice. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you and also helped us book a ferry when we needed to leave. The location also meant that the music from the main strip in phi phi couldn’t be heard which was a huge benefit when trying to sleep

The rooms smell a bit like sewerage but this seems to be the case across most of the island.

The location is incredible! Away from the crowds with a private beach while only a 5 minute walk to the pier. Staff are also incredibly friendly.

We weren’t keen on the breakfast choices? The shower was a challenge, was hard to get the right temperature? The towels were very old.

Not having a pool to swim, particularly when low tide meant exposed rocks & not a good swimming option in a hot place. Shower control - either very hot or totally cold & adjustment very high so couldn’t be reached by most guests. Bar closed at 5pm most nights when Happy Hour was promoted all over the property for 5.30-6.30! Generally a bit tired overall but staff were lovely & proactive.

Great breakfast, away from the busy party zone which means quite a walk to centre but we like that. Very friendly staff who fixed our fridge problem promptly.

Great hotel where you can relax. Very friendly staff, proximity to the beach, and excellent breakfasts make you not want to leave. On the premises, there is a jacuzzi, a beautiful beach, and plenty of greenery. The rooms have everything you need. Comfortable beds. I will gladly return there next time I visit Thailand

This place was amazing, the location the walk straight on to the beach. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good. It’s a short walk to the centre would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Phi Phi.

The hotel is very good. We like that it is located away from the busy areas but still not far to walk to restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very tasty. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would remocomend this hotel for your Phi Phi visit !

The bathroom is extremely warm and humid. Not nice. Also the soap has a bad smell and makes your skin super dry.

Location is good with nice infrastructure in front of the beach. Staff is very gentle. Breakfast is okay. Nothing special but not bad either.
