The property is great! Just note there are no lifts so if you have mobility problems ask for a room on the ground floor.

Everything! The staff are all wonderful and helpful and so kind, the location is serene by a beautiful cliff face, breakfast has a variety of lovely food and nice coffee. I loved sitting on the swing chair outside our room watching the sea! We didn't have time to kayak or use the jacuzzi but having the option there was amazing - we would give it more stars if we could 💜

The fact that we didn’t like at all was that on the bed’s corners was a lot of dust. It should have been cleaned, but that spot was missed to be cleaned for a long time.

- the staff was really nice - delicious breakfast with a lot of tasty and healthy options; a lot of fruits, vegetables, pastry, fresh juices and also the option to eat omlete/cereals/etc - the beach bar was very nice - the beach in front of the hotel had its own small patio with sunbeds - jacuzzi in the courtyard - a very beautiful courtyard and reception - I liked the fact that in the restaurant and in the room the shoes were left outside; it was something new for us, but made us feel like more welcomed somehow - the design and how everything looked like was very beautiful, like in a story - the room was nice, luminous, and the outside bathroom was one of a kind and interesting - the shower gel that smelled like brown sugar was so nice; there were all the necessary toiletries; - the view from the room was amazing; - the balcony is a plus, you can stay outside and enjoy the view - we also see some monkeys coming down from the jungle. Take care, because they are coming to steal food from the bar or from you; but from the distance, they are cool

The ac unit had difficulty cooling the room.. mostly because of the indoor/outdoor bathroom door and the entrance door ( not sealed at all.. hung towels up to help keep hear out and cool in) the 1 and only issue...

Lovely quiet little aparthotel on the sea front . Good variety for breakfast, pancakes or eggs to order . Staff so friendly and helpful , a lovely guy with a torch to help you back to your apartment at night . Definitely stay here again .

It is far away from the center/restaurants (15min walking each side). The sea water if full of garbage... in 1 sq meter you will find a piece of plastic (bottle, cup, bag,...)

The hotel is Great! Just in front of the beach, with chair and all the facilities that you need. The staff is the best, very helpful, and there is a very friendly guy that helps you with the luggage when you arrive at the pier. The room isn’t the biggest but you’re not want to stay at your room when you’ve that beach in front of you. The hotel is far from the craziness of Phi Phi which is great, but you’ve to consider that it’s also 20 minutes far from the main area of restaurants, for instance. Honestly, it isn’t a problem if you like walking like me, but it’s good to tell.

Away from main settlement hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk in each day. Beautiful beach view with a lot of cute wildlife, like monkeys, lizards, crazy crabs to see. Close to beach bars, convenient stores and cafes. I loved sitting on the beach watching the boats, and people come and go. Food from restaurant was amazing! Coffee delicious. Staff very friendly.

Long walk to a rather small room. Bathroom is not in ac space but open to outside. At low tide the beach goes away... but at high tide it's magical. Staff weren't able to book us a private boat because of holiday, but we managed on our own to book a private speed boat next door. I think they should have gotten it done and made the money from us, but they gave up since their regular boats were unavailable. Ridiculous that a paying customer can go next door to do what you can't.

Beach is very nice, nice lounger set up by the hotel. They helped carry out bags from pier. Friendly staff.

All superb except that many boats are coming next to the hotels beach over the whole day.

The only negative was not much clothes hanging space in our room.

The staff make Mama Beach what it is. They are so nice and helpful. The room was lovely. We were on the ground floor so could just slide the door open and step out to the beach. Great location too. Overall, a great property that we will return to. The owner was very helpful and nice too.

Room was fairly basic and the air con did not feel as though it was the best.

A lovely small hotel on the beach front in phi phi with sun loungers on the beach for hotel guest. The breakfast was the best we’ve had from a hotel in Thailand with fresh omelettes made every morning and lots of choice. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you and also helped us book a ferry when we needed to leave. The location also meant that the music from the main strip in phi phi couldn’t be heard which was a huge benefit when trying to sleep

The rooms smell a bit like sewerage but this seems to be the case across most of the island.

The location is incredible! Away from the crowds with a private beach while only a 5 minute walk to the pier. Staff are also incredibly friendly.

We weren’t keen on the breakfast choices? The shower was a challenge, was hard to get the right temperature? The towels were very old.

Not having a pool to swim, particularly when low tide meant exposed rocks & not a good swimming option in a hot place. Shower control - either very hot or totally cold & adjustment very high so couldn’t be reached by most guests. Bar closed at 5pm most nights when Happy Hour was promoted all over the property for 5.30-6.30! Generally a bit tired overall but staff were lovely & proactive.

Great breakfast, away from the busy party zone which means quite a walk to centre but we like that. Very friendly staff who fixed our fridge problem promptly.
