The schedule of shuttles to the beach is very inconvenient. The road from the hotel to the beach is meters long on a very carriageway. So we would like more slots for transfers from the beach to the hotel and back.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations. It's a huge green territory. The villas are covered in greenery and flowers. There was a swimming pool next to our apartment. There are many different pools on the territory with bars and sun loungers. The room is spacious with a garden zone, a huge bath + a shower. Large terrace with seating area. Breakfast in the restaurant with stunning views. Lots of different food, fruit, and pastries at breakfast.The food in the hotel restaurants is more European. The hotel has a gym and offers yoga classes. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach.

Pool sunbeds did not seem enough for the guests .. there’s was no empty ones. Hotel very big , so lots of walking to get to pools/ restaurants, reception (golf buggies were available).

This amazing hotel is great for a relaxed stay. It is just up the hill from Karon Beach. Before our stay, we asked for a mattress topper which was on the bed when we arrived. The room and bathroom is spacious and comfortable. There are multiple pools which are all lovely. The staff were great in helping us with airport transfers, taxis and day trips. The breakfast buffet had everything you can think of. There is a free shuttle to the beach a couple of times a day but the walk down the hill to the beach/town is easy.

It was lovely that we were remembered and welcomed by the staff. The breakfast is fabulous and the staff efficient and helpful. Our rooms were close to the main areas we needed, handy to the pools and restaurants.

Breakfast was hit or miss. Some mornings it was good, other mornings the same food wasn’t as tasty as the previous Should be a shuttle to Karon every 30 minutes throughout the day. 4 per day isn’t enough

Breakfast should improve both in quality and variety. There should be more good restaurants in the hotel area. Also there should be more activities to do.

The design, landscape, pools and staff are wonderful. I stayed at this hotel 3 times and every time I enjoyed it.

The property is on a steep hill and to get anywhere in the resort you either have to go down some steel slopes or go up some steep stairs; after second day we were sore from climbing up stairs. Also, the crickets are SO loud! At certain times of the day, a large number of crickets get triggered and they go on for quite some time, which gets annoying at times.

Most of the staff were friendly, the room was clean and well maintained, room service cleaned the room well and there were plenty of pools to choose from. Food variety was ok (could be better).

Forgot the baby cot (but maybe due to early arrival of us) so we had to let our kid sleep between us. The breakfast quality was ok, some items (e.g. the sausages) could be of higher quality

The location is a bit far away from the beach about 30 minutes walking and laundry was a bit too expensive they charge by piece of cloth. If you want to do laundry go to Pacific Club right across the street they charge you by weight and is excellent service.

The facilities are amazing, the rooms are spacious and the staff is so polite you can't believe it. The breakfast was incredible they have so many options, the pool bar was very good and reasonably priced. Great option for retreat and couples.

The lack of glutenfree, lactos free and vegetarian option. However the staff tried to help us in every way they could. The selection of this kind of food is not that large in Thailand overall. Did not really like Karon since it is so busy. But the resort is perfectly located on the hill side up from the hectic Karon so it was nice and quite. We rented a motorbike during our stay and within 20 minutes we could reach Nai Harn, Kata and other beautiful places that was not as hectic.

The beautiful surrondings - lush, green and clean resort. The large clean rooms with lovely balconies. We stayed at a Panoramid delux room near the Pomelo pool. The friendly and professional staff, especielly Weerachai at the Pomelo pool bar. The large selection of pools. The slection of breakfast. The Thai restaurant with great food.
