A bedside lamp would be great. Shower was slow to drain and smelt a little bit but the actual shower was good.

We stayed here whilst doing an open water course with Ocean Sounds (which is a 5 minute walk away) and the location was perfect. Lots of nice places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. A short taxi to Sairee Beach which the hotel will arrange for you if you don’t rent a bike. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. It was also quiet so we got good sleep. We walked to shark bay in 15 minutes for great snorkelling. Really, really lovely staff, we had a great welcome briefing where they went through the best places to go snorkelling/to the beach and restaurant recommendations. They leave a basket outside your room each day with fresh towels, snacks, water. You can have your room cleaned, you just need to ask. We didn’t use the pool however it looked lovely and clean.

The staff was super kind and helpful we felt at home. They were always smiling and always nice to us. They picked us up at the pier and welcomed us at the hotel with soft drinks. They were also accommodating when we asked them to add 5 more nights to our stay. The hotel was well located with good restaurant and the beach at walking distance. We also rent a scooter to visit the rest of the island. We have been in Thailand for 3 weeks now and this is our favorite hotel so far. Don't miss out!

Shower did leak into the bathroom a few times but this was minor as we just popped a towel down. It is a little out the way if you don't plan on renting a motorbike but as we did, this was fine for us.

Staff were amazing, they picked us up for free from the pier, sorted our laundry out and motorbike rental and said we could sort all payment when we checked out! We arrived early morning and they sorted our room out for us as soon as they could! Room was spacious and clean. Pool area was also very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My partner and I LOVED our experience staying at Mar24. The location was lovely - I was really happy to be out of the town center but still close enough to amazing eateries and beaches. The staff were kind and super helpful to our questions and requests. The pool was also a wonderful way to cool off after a day of exploring. There would be no other place I’d stay if ever back in Koh Tao. :) Thank you for everything!

The pool was somehow not convincing but who needs the pool when having all the amazing spots on the island.

Super friendly staff, free transport was arranged from and back to the pier. Comfortable and clean room, scooter rental available. More quiet and chilled area than Sairee Beach area, walking distance to beautiful beaches like Freedom and Shark Beach, also John Suvan Viewpoint near by.

As a solo female traveler who had a longer stay, MAR24 was a place of safety and comfort for me. From the reviews you can see that the facility is great — it is! Beyond that, it was the details that showed a lot of care such as fresh towels and snacks outside our door every morning. Or getting a quick ride to the nearest ATM. I am so grateful to the staff for the warmth they shared. I will miss them and hope to come back in the future!

the cleaning detergent has a VERY strong smell - but if you don’t want your room cleaned you can just place the basket in front of your door and get everything!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt like home. They organised different things like a snorkeling tour and the transport to another island. Everything worked very good. We rent a good scooter through the hotel. We loved they organisation with the clean up. They have a really good system if you don't need a complete clean up you will receive a basket with all the things you need (toilet paper, coffee, towels...). We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Location is a little bit away from the pier but not an issue if you’re happy to walk. Close to some nice beaches/bays :)

We had a lovely stay here. Our room was always cleaned when requested and always had fresh towels and complimentary snacks left at the door. Staff were so kind and helpful, the man on reception even made us a homemade curry after speaking about it! The staff also gave us lots of recommendations around the island and helped us book onward travel.
