Careful of the laundry- I made the mistake of assuming it was per kg/ reasonably priced and didn’t check first, and they charged me an obscenely expensive sum for a small bag of washing. Also could do with a few more vegetarian options at breakfast, pretty much all the cooked options had meat in.

Luxury feel of the room, so comfortable. Pool area lovely and comfortable, easy to get a bed and very relaxed. The staff were all lovely, very welcoming and accommodating to every need. Good food breakfast and delicious Thai curry.

Amazing staff, very friendly and accommodating. Delicious breakfast, with good variety. Clean, warm, good size pool with nice view. Free transfer to Patong 3 times a day, always available. Thank you for a great holiday.

A bit difficult to walk around the area as there are no foot paths available outside the territory but it's not the hotel's problem.

It’s hard to find anything negative to say, it would be good if the hotel provided a shuttle service to and from Phuket , patong etc the hotel has stunning views but is not really close enough to walk to anywhere and a good bulk of your money is spent on taxis and Tuk tuks

The staff are out of this world here, nothing is too much trouble for them , absolutely the friendliest people

No Entertainment and bar facilities at the pool area.

Beautiful property situated on the hillside overlooking Patong. Facilities are really well maintained. Staff is friendly, professional and well trained. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Wrap around pool add to the splendour of the property.

Walls are not at all sound proof so you may be kept up at night by you neighbours. More vegan options for breakfast would be great.

Bar in hotel closed at 8:30pm so we couldn’t food or drink after our late arrival.

The hotel had very nice colonial type decor and style! Our room was very large and decorated nicely for our anniversary. We had an amazing view. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food!

The location is a little far from the beach or attractions. You must have a car to be convenience staying here. Breakfast has less variesty and most of the hot dishes ran out when we arrive at the restaurant. Overall great stay.

The gym is very small and really can’t be classed as a gym as all it has is a treadmill, cross trained and some dumbbells. The walls are also quite thin, so you could hear other rooms at times - this wasn’t a big problem for us as we had quiet neighbours but it could be an issue if you had a family or group next door.

The hotel is modern and has a boutique feel. The pools were fantastic. We had a room with pool access, which was an excellent size and very clean. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be near the action of Patong beach but also have peace and quiet - its around a 20 minute walk to the start of Patong beach or approx a 10/15 minute taxi ride to the centre of the beach. There is a 7/11 store about 10 minutes walk away, so you can easily pick up any essentials.

Property is up a giant hill and we had to leave deposit of 3000 baht which we didn’t have on us so had to walk in the heat to atm then up a huge hill which wasn’t fun
