One swimming pool was closed and the other had tiles lifting.

Excellent location. Close to shops and restaurants and a fabulous bar and restaurant at the location. Right on the beach.

The limited beach chairs was an issue. Some of the visitors keep the chairs reserved at an earlier night by keeping towels on top. Though we went early morning it seems all reserved. This must be looked by the hotel

The room smells a bit musty. Overall the building is quite old. The main swimming pool is currently closed for renovations. You can still use the other half of the pool. There are some loose tiles on the floor.

Overall good, we didn't have any problems during our stay. The location is very good. It is close to the mall, convenience store and is next to the beach. There is a large swimming pool. (Although the larger pool is closed for renovations)

If arriving with a car, the car park instruction needs to be clarified in advance because there are 2 parts together in one area; Hotel and Condominium.

This place is slightly over sold on other reviews. When we arrived after a long taxi drive from Bangkok airport there were just a couple of grumpy security guards at "reception" who didn't speak a word of English. I know its a condo rental but there's zero in the way of welcome or help. We had to go to the hotel next door to order tuk tuks etc. The condo had not been cleaned that well either and the shower was lukewarm, but you can get help if you message. A slightly weird experience as there are lots of positives too, mainly the pool and beach proximity. Lots of Russians there with kids, but Putin is hardly their fault.

There are no sunlougers or parasols. If you want to sunbathe then, you need to lie down on the grass, which is not exactly luxury. I would not recommend this place.

The apartment was fine. Perfectly adequate. Everything worked (air con, WiFi, etc) However, the resort is quite run down. The pool is closed for maintenance. This is a stand-alone complex and is not part of the Marrakech Hotel. You can not use the hotel facilities.

Not well equipped 1. No shower gel and when we asked, a lady in uniform asked us to ask the agent from which we booked.. (2) we also asked for another bath towel as only 2 were provided n we already stated three adults will be staying… not children. Only one proper mug for coffee making is provided..(3) the shower head was adjusted on our last day..

Everything! It was totally unsuitable for an elderly, solo, female, foreign, traveller and the owner should have notified me immediately when the booking was made, in error, as I thought I was booking at the Marrakesh Resort that is next door, with a similar name, but no connection. Very misleading advertising. There was no restaurant and no suitable facilities. The price I paid was excessive in the light of what was provided. The whole complex was rundown and in need of major refurbishment. The 'seaview' from the apartment was way in the distance. It is more suited to families, with their own transport, as there were plenty of noisy activities for children. The apartment wasn't particularly clean with hairs in the shower, no soap provided by the wash hand basin in the bathroom - a basic hygiene requirement, the bed was hard and there were what I suspected to be flecks of blood on the pillowcase. I checked out as soon as I could! The management contacted the owner to inform them of my early departure. There was some communication between us but no offer of even a partial refund. I have saved photos but for some reason cannot add them.

I couldn't get a second key/card . So I had to wake up my wife at night in order to get into the building . Quite unconvenient ....

The studio is not a hotel. It's a condo next to the hotel. They should make that clearer in the description. When I was there, 90% of guests are Russian families with noisy kids so I would not choose the condo if you want enjoy quietness. Also, the private garden on the beach has not more than a dozen sun loungers for all the guests (judging from the size of the condo and accounting for permanent residents, it could easily be a few hundred guests). Cherry on top, one can't even drink and eat on their garden lawn. Price is too expensive for that it is...
