Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomPool had no sunshine, we needed 2 keys as if one of us wanted to go back to the apartment we both had to go, I feel the property needed a broom so we could sweep the floor & also because we had a washing machine I felt we also needed an iron to iron our clothes after washing them

SingaporeThe key card. One 1 set and very troublesome as group must travel together cos without the card, someone has to go lobby to pick you. Consider having extra card for lift access will be great.
The place is cool and great to spend the holiday. Location is great and walking distance from train station.

United KingdomBe prepared for road noise (very loud motorbikes and ambulence sirens) if your room is at that end of the building. The concept of 'no reception staff' might be off-putting at first but the email support was good. Not really convenient for the beach and the the main road outisde hotel is dangerous to cross when traffic busy.
The 2 bedroom apartment was well equipped, clean and everthing worked and probably is best described as 'comfortably compact'. Space in the bedrooms was quite tight as there was nowhere to store a large suitcase. The bathroom and shower was very good as well as the kitchen facilities. The Netflix and Amazon Prime subscription on the large flat screen TV were appreciated and a bonus. Small Sofa! There was a washing machine and small seating area provided on the balcony. Important to note that there is no Reception Desk for check-in. Check-in instructions were provided by email as well as on-going support throughout our stay. Any email requests to the 'Remote Reception' were always answered quickly and accurately. A big shout out is made to the team of security guards who actually look after check-in. I hope they get paid more for this. They were top notch and very friendly throughout our stay. A change of bedding and towels was arranged half way through our 9 night stay by the "remote reception" which was a good offer. Turn right out of the property and walk along the poor pavements to 7-11, Villa Market and Tops Supermarkets and further on to the Market Village Mall.

We loved our stay and would definitely come back to this apartment again! The apartment really is as good as the photos. It was perfect for 4 people. The bedrooms are small but still manages to have enough room to keep belongings and beds very comfortable. The facilities and attention to detail in the furnishings are beautiful, the host is very thoughtful. The pool was a highlight it’s so beautiful and clean. The security staff are all very helpful and so friendly. Location is near plenty of food options and walking distance or tuk tuk to the night markets or Market Village in the opposite direction.

CambodiaThe light decoration above the dinning table is too low, it hit our head a few times. So, we rotated it a bit but was worried that we going to break them. :D
We received a great care from our host and the security. The facility is perfect for business or family holiday, right in the middle of town, very easy to access markets, restaurants and beach by walking.

GermanyHowever, I stayed in one of the apartments in Building A, facing the street, and the noise was unbearable. Unfortunately, the traffic and street sounds disrupted my sleep consistently.
Title: Central Location, Well-Equipped, but Noisy Apartments I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient for exploring the city. The overall facilities are well-maintained and the communication with the management was excellent.

ThailandFantastic place to stay! The room is exactly what you see in the photos. Very private and well design. Step out on the street and you're in the heart of Huahin. It's only short walk to the amazing beach. Highly reccommend this place! We love our stay.
