The experience would be a 10/10 if it was not the fact that we did early check out and they did not have the 20 dollars I have as deposit. So they gave me the money back in thai baht which made me lose a few dollars in the conversion at the airport. So, make sure to give your deposit in baht or make it clear when you are leaving so they won’t take your money anywhere.

The room was big with great natural light, staff was also kind and would clean the room every day bringing new towels, coffee and toilet paper. If you have a scooter, you can easily go to the beach in Karon and Patong. Excellent value for money.

I will highly recommend this place, because it is a very good place for this money. First of all, the owner, and the staff is incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and very respectful to everyone. They are speaking different languages and always happy to help you with anything. Every day, they are cleaning the rooms (if you wish), if not, they are leaving for you at the door: tea, coffee, water, and toiletries. Basically, you will never get disturbed, but you will always get attention from the staff (*this type of service I never have seen even in luxury hotels, and I really like it) Beds are comfortable, place location is just great (everything is next door), walk distance to the beach. Markets, shops, money exchange, bike rentals, restaurants and etc. - just right there. *Restaurant at the hotel is very-very good! Highly recommend it! Best spot to try Thai food because it's adopted to European taste, but it is still very authentic, and the prices are good too.

The property is located away from the main hustle and bustle of the Karon Beach yet still walkable (10min) Therefore, you can still access all the places come back to the hotel and get a good sleep. Rooms were very clean. Check-in was smooth as well. There is a self-service coin laundry next to the hotel which was handy and so many restaurants and convenience stores were around.

Out of the way from the crazy Patong area. Close to bike rental places, recommend pancake & peak motorbike and car rental as he was an absolute babe!!

All big rooms have a mountain view (view is good btw), but there is a road between hotel and mountain. Therefore all big rooms are quite noisy at night.

The staff was very kind. Good restaurant on the first floor. Big room. Bed is huge. Internet is also good(speed was about 8mb/s but connection was very stable) Comfortable table.

Property doesn't have elevator, but, the staff helped us port the luggage to 2nd floor. Bathroom in one of the rooms had problems
