I think the only problem was the location. There was a very busy Junction that caused queues in rush hour. But it wouldn't stop me staying again

The driveway and parking space for each room are too small for big cars. I had to drive back and forth a few times before the car could get in or out of the parking. Trees are nice, but some are also obstructions.

The coffee shop is excellent. The design of the building and decorations are good looking. The tables are well arranged and the seating is comfortable. The food and drinks menu is limited, but what they have are good quality.

no TV in bedroom. plugs are in weird places throughout property, none next to bed for example. sofa in living room was other side of room from TV so makes it kind of hard to watch it, there was dining table and chairs in front of tv… maybe sofa and dining table should change places.

The parking space is tight for my big car also the branches and the leaves need to be trimmed in the parking space.

Room had a microwave and fridge and coffee maker along with complementary coffee. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Silent and good for sleep.

Check-in process was a bit hectic but maybe because we changed check-in date.

We were traveling with our dog and booked an executive suite so my dog could enjoy a bit of extra space. The room was nice and beautiful, and the staff was very helpful. The owner, Ms. Yamada, speaks fluent Japanese, which is my mother tongue. Overall, it was a positive experience and stay.

The step from the deck into the pool is too low, the pool appears to not have been cleaned in a while, algae was all over the bottom surface and insects and leaves were in the water.. when leaving the pool, the step was too low.. my girlfriend and I slipped a few times getting in and out of the pool, and going to the room after our swim.. the menu had alot of western style food, at western style food prices.. if you are familiar with Kaeng Khoi, there are significantly cheaper places to get food, if you are desperate and willing to pay 5£ for a plate of food go ahead, but even food panda can sort you out something good for a fraction of that price.. the Rooms are great.. i am a hotel manager in the UK, I would increase staffing having to call a number to get a member of staff is problematic especially if you cannot speak Thai Very well.. so permanent reception staff is a necessity. decrease the markup on food, and start to market the food from the cafe to the locals aswell.. that would bring in more money for the Villa and increase opportunities for expansion.. i will be happy to stay here again, and I will be extremely happy to see Me and Tree Villa Flourish, it has great potential, great location.

The staff were great, the owner was great, the Room we stayed in was great and it was extremely relaxing.. I contacted the Villa before my arrival to arrange for some of my favorite Thai drinks to be available before I got in, they had my fridge stocked with Oishi Lemon, and sorted out some food for me. the room prices are fair for Kaeng Khoi. If I am in Kaeng Khoi, I will be happy to stay here again. It's quiet, good, safe, and fun to stay at.. i believe that Me and Tree villa has great potential and I will be very happy to come stay there again in a few months, when I travel to Thailand to come visit my family again.. i would like to see my recommendations applied because no hotel is an Island, it has to attract locals to survive aswell.. see you soon me and tree villa

The owners and staff were very friendly and kind, the room was clean and the surroundings and pool were peaceful and beautiful. The onsite café also a big plus.
