Beautiful property which gorgeous well planned pool villas. My partner and I really enjoyed the privacy of the villa but also the public pools and daybeds. We stayed for one night and took advantage of both pools in the afternoon and morning after. The gym was new and looked fabulously equipped so will definitely try it next time. Breakfast was good, there was enough on offer but as we only stayed one night not sure if they rotate food. You could also order eggs to the table and other hot meals (however this was not that obvious - we only happened to stumbled on the menu). It is in Mai Khao which is away from a lot of shops and built up areas - but if that’s what you’re after then it’s a great retreat. They provide nice touches- like beach bag for use in the room, and insect repellent (a must for me!) We will definitely be back when returning to Thailand.

We had booked a pool villa with a king bed and fully private pool..instead we were taken to a twin bed villa and the pool can be seen through the trees from the pathway..I asked the lady that showed us to the room to move us to a room with a king bed and a more private pool, she informed us that the hotel is fully booked already and that if we wanted to be moved we will have to wait an unknown number of hours for someone to check out and for them to clean up the room..I told her it would be ok but only if we could wait in the room that they gave us(it was terribly hot outside and my husband and I were suffering from food poisoning)- she said this was not an option and we would have to wait at the restaurant or beach..because we were sick we gave in and stayed in the twin bed room..I really loved the hotel but the fact that I paid for something and got something else without some type of apology or compensation was a little upsetting. Also, being a muslim who covers, I could not enjoy the “private” pool because it was not so private. Other than that, the mosquitoes were a real issue inside the room.

The bed was amazing! Pillows gorgeous and SO comfy ❤️. The beach stretches out for miles both ends, white sand, beautiful water and not crowded at all. We don’t usually like pools, but this o e was really inviting. The service was fabulous, staff very accommodating and the food was great!!! It’s a fabulous place if you just want to chill - the resort is not near any noisy bars or restaurants, in fact there is not much to do other than relax and pamper yourself - just what we like! Shame we couldn’t stay longer

Since there aren't many restaurants in the area we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It is very expensive for what it is (90 baht for the same complementary bottles that are in the rooms).

The hotel is beautiful and has a very well equipped rooms, the outdoor tub was amazing. Breakfast was great too.

There’s nothing nearby, this is the place if you just want to relax on the beach, not if you want to walk to visit places.

Service at the beach is quite poor. If you're going to provide service at the beach, then you need to provide service at the beach. One staff member to serve an entire beach is just not going to work. Results in very long wait to get served, and mistakes are more common because the staff is under too much stress.more attention in this aspect would go a long way.

We stayed in a pool villa and it was beautiful, big, modern and very comfortable. The property is beautiful and somehow never seems crowded. There is always plenty of space for you at the beach, pools, restaurants. . Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Love the secluded location and the greenery vibes of the hotel. The hotel comes with two pools and a private beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Facilities provided throughout our stay were beyond expectations. Our flight home was late at night, but we got to stay in the hotel and enjoyed the facilities even after checkout.

The pool, the beach, the restaurant, the room, the pillows, the staff!

It cannot be changed, but the layout of the hotel is a bit strange, with a narrow strip incl the pool leading to the beach and the rooms in blocks in a much wider area inland. We had a ground floor room with a private pool. Rooms on the floor above involved quite a few steps which could be a problem for the less agile. The private pool was also a bit small in comparison with other hotels we stayed in on Phuket. There was nothing else around the hotel so to dine out you would need a taxi. The menu was fine for the 3 days we were there, but would have been a bit boring with a longer stay. However a new Director of Catering has just been appointed and told me it will now improve considerably.

Breakfast was fine with a fairly wide choice. Strange though that you had to order eg hash browns, pork sausages and baked beans separately, rather than have them out in trays as in all the other hotels we stayed in on Phuket. But no extra charge - breakfast included in the room rate - and not really a problem. The electric buggys to take you to the restaurant and main pool came quickly. Very convenient for the airport - about 20 mins.

The air in the room was too humid and we think it also affected on bed linen. It was not 100% comfortable to feel that linen is a bit wet. It could caused by weather (it was raining during 2-3 evenings), but still made us feel uncomfortable. The mattress on the sun bed outside the room was spoiled by mold, that prevented us from using this bed.

Beautiful location, nice and quite place for relaxing vacation. One of the most recharging and private beaches on the island, nice and comfortable rooms, friendly staff.
