The property requires you to make a security deposit, which is refundable upon check out. If you use your credit card, the refund could take more than a week. I opted to make a cash deposit, and the staff were kind enough to allow me pay the following day as I did not have cash on me.

The location was perfect - right next to Siam & MBK malls and adjacent to the BTS station and to one of the best massage palors in Bangkok. The room size was great, with a couch adjacent to the window. I enjoyed the view of the sunrise in the morning from my room.

Nothing - this was my second stay!

Excellent location right outside BTS station. Comfortable clean and spacious rooms. Pool area was very nice to unwind and all staff were helpful. I arrived early and they were very kind to get my room ready as quickly as possible which was much appreciated.

My room was not that clean — there were food crumbs on the desk with refrigerator, toilet not so clean, carpet had food on it, ants on couch. Also, it was not very big or deluxe for a suite and not really worth the cost.

We booked a room for 3 people but didn’t realize that one adult would need to sleep on a daybed that was very uncomfortable. Generally the space in the room was very cramped.

While the hotel’s location, cleanliness, and staff were commendable, there were a couple of aspects that left me wanting more. One disappointment was the inability to enjoy the city view from both the restaurant and the rooftop swimming pool. It would have been a great addition to the overall experience, especially considering the hotel’s prime location. As a Muslim traveler, I was hoping for more halal food options at both dinner and breakfast. While the breakfast spread was diverse, a few more halal choices would have enhanced the dining experience for guests with dietary preferences.

My family and I recently enjoyed a delightful 4-day stay at Siam Mercure Bangkok Hotel. Traveling for leisure, the hotel’s prime location near the metro station, 7/11 shops, and the MBK shopping center within walking distance added immense convenience to our trip. To clarify the hotel’s architectural layout, there is Ibis from the first to the 7th floor, a common restaurant on the 8th, and Mercure from the 9th to the 29th floor. The 29th-floor offers a beautiful swimming pool and fitness room. Our rooms on the 24th floor were not only clean and spacious but also featured a beautiful city view. The breakfast spread was impressive, providing a variety of choices to suit different tastes. The staff was exceptional, consistently displaying kindness and going above and beyond to ensure our happiness and satisfaction throughout our stay. I highly recommend Siam Mercure Bangkok Hotel; it offers excellent value for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The aircon can be either very cold or warm, which is difficult to adjust. On the nights that I was there, I got woken up every night by the coldness as the air vent is not adjustable or by the increased in temperature. Very uncomfortable and disruptive to my sleep.

Located next to BTS National Stadium station and walking distance to MBK and other malls. Very conveniently located in the less crowded part of the Prathumwan area. It is about 5 mins walk to the Jim Thompson museum which is an interesting place to visit. The breakfast was good which we enjoyed a lot.

The staff at the hotel's restaurant spoke poor English, but you can get understood. The hotel's restaurant is also a little overpriced for what it is. Also the swimming pool doesn't match the pictures, but it still a nice swimming pool.

The location is great. You can easily take the tram, there is a huge shopping mall right at the corner of the street, the streets around the place are filled with restaurants. The staff at the reception spoke good english, and they were really helpful. The minibar (soda and drinks) was entirely free, which is great.

The location and the stay was great. Culture and shopping - everything is right on your doorstep or can be reached quickly by BTS and boat. The hotel team was nice. The pool was pleasant and the view from the upper floor was really nice. The room was big and the bed was really great!
