The area near the beach could be better. The beach bar seemed to only have one barman who knew what he was doing. When he wasn't there it all went pear shaped. Took them 20 mins to open a beer. One couple waited an hour for cocktails, and then left. There were three large sack of rubbish next to the bar that didn't move for two days. And the shower was awful, either boiling hot or stone cold with no pressure. Which was a shame as everything else about the room was excellent.

Like most places, this hotel is still recovering. They are advertising for staff, as is just about everywhere on the island. The room was lovely, staff lovely just need more of them. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Aircon in the room was very new and quiet.

The food wasn’t great and there was a lot not available, especially seafood. The service was poor and our meals would come out at different times. It was very slow and would take half an hour to get our drinks and then another half an hour to get our food and each dish came separately and one of us would finish eating before the next dish arrived.

The hotel is in a lovely location. Our room overlooked the pool and beach which was a great view. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Needed to leave the property to eat. But very good selection of inexpensive restaurants a short walk away. However, inconvenient to have to leave the resort in order to eat.

Too far from everything ! receptionist was rude , treat very poorly they have no idea what they doing !!staff ,servers no manner, get attitude when calling them and one server told my husband he fat ! non respect at all unfortunately will never go back

The service at this hotel is subpar. They are generally unhelpful. I was feeling sick and was willing to pay for early check in just to lay down in my room - it took 45 minutes of confusion and conferring between multiple staff members to allow me to check in early. Their restaurant menus are limited, when I asked for something super simple (basically a dish that they had minus a few ingredients), they said they couldn't accommodate me. The facilities are dated and sad looking. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a "non-smoking room"

Beach we a nice private beach ..not busy ...lovely for sun set Room was wonderful they upgraded the rooms as the ones we booked weren't ready on arrival ..wonderful room with its own pool Didn't use it as we were out all the days exploring but it seamed nice enough ..the one that you could walk into was the nicer of the two

When we checked into the room we had an issue with the AC, and the cupboard door was falling off, the external lights of the property were so bright and couldn’t sleep until they were turned off at midnight.

Not much as staff was not very helpful on check in, and the person at check did not speak a word of English, for an international brand this is bad for foreigners.

Booked taxi back to Bangkok airport from the on site travel office a couple of days before our departure. It didn’t turn up (we suspect the travel office failed to pass our booking onto the taxi firm). This led to an anxious half hour wait on our departure date, whilst the gentleman in the travel office made a series of last minute and somewhat desperate telephone calls to find alternative transport for us.

A very comfortable stay. Good swimming pool.

Rusty water kept coming from shower. The water was dark and disgusting. The technician came to fix and then after he left it kept coming the dirty water. No cutlery in the room. Requested for cutlery and never brought to the room. Overall very poor
