Great hostel with a large social area. Food and hot drinks available all day, eggs provided for breakfast. Comfortable beds and very friendly staff

Hostel perfectly clean and beds are very comfy. The big plus is the staff which is just amazing. They are helpful, smiling and open all times if you need anything. I came for couple days and finally stayed almost a month. I tried some other hostels, it’s clearly the best in town!

The A/C made a terrible noise when it was on, had to sleep with earplugs. But everyone in a dorm should be traveling with earplugs anyway so it wasn't extra trouble for me.

Staff was friendly and helpful and they had a full catalog explaining the different ways of arranging the Laos slow boat, as this is a common starting point. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and separated by gender, and you had to use your key to get in and out. The atmosphere makes it easy to make friends as the kitchen area (where there are SNACKS free for your enjoyment!) and couches/game table are in the center, and rooms surround it. A nice little pool to cool off and there are laundry facilities. In a quiet area close to transport, the Clocktower, restaurants, etc.

Location is OK and off one of the main streets about a 10 min walk to the night bazaar and food market which is nice and has a good atmosphere. Nothing to do with the Hotel but Chiang Rai town was somewhat disappointing and a little bit limited as small place and a bit seedy in parts with some street (not bars) prostitution so walking the dark alleys be weary if out late in the evening.

Liked everything about this place. Friendly young staff. Speak superb English some of the best I've heard native Thais speak. The room size was excellent very well equipped room, like a Bangkok Hotel style business hotel. Great shower double head. Big double bed. Kettle safe. Really nice. Older building so a few movement cracks hear and there in walls. But the weather can be quite extreme so no wonder a little weathering. The price point for what u get here is exception. Small swimming pool and a fitness room basic but ok. A pool 🎱 table and lounging area. Laundry machines and drying area. Fully knowledge staff on trips and ideas. This is a good hotel and hostel. I would stay there for sure if in chiang rai for a short trip.

The beds and room were very comfortable, the staff was fantastic and very helpful. There was information about things to do in Chiang Rai, how to get there, and easy booking for the slow boat. Breakfast was great and there was fruit and nice tea available all day. Would recommend to anyone coming to Chiang Mai!

Easy 10 minute walk from bus station, lovely friendly welcome from staff with excellent English. Very spacious room with great bathroom. There’s a common area and a kitchen with free drinks eggs and bread for breakfast. Lovely French cafe just along the street served good dinner and wonderful crepes!

It had a really sociable atmosphere but nothing too crazy. We were in a private double room, but there seemed to be plenty of dorms from which we heard no excessive noise. Perfect location- only a short walk from the night bizarre, pubs and restaurants. Staff were really helpful and sorted out our slow boat tickets to Laos which we had no issues during the trip. Nice courtyard to sit in the sun and even a little gym which was a nice touch.

Toilets and showers are a little outdated but overall it wasn't a problem

Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful, especially Shaun! Everything is walkable from here. Loved female only showers/toilets area with hairdryers and a lot of space. Very safe if you're traveling as a solo female

Can’t fault this hostel. Was definitely the best one I had stayed in in Thailand. The social areas are lovely, welcoming & comfortable with the option of hot drinks, fridge and breakfast. Facilities were clean. Staff were lovely & friendly & helped us book things. We had a great stay!

Nothing, as it was beyond expectations

The best place we got during our stay in Thailand. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The place close to the night market, very clean, got a pool, a gym and a leisure area. Breakfast am with coffee and eggs (cooked by the guests themselves), fruits and biscuits. The room very spacious and nicely decorated. We wished we could stay longer in this hotel!

There is only one significant downside to this hostel, and that is the presence of bedbugs. I can't say for all the rooms, but in the one where I slept (if I'm not mistaken, room 8), they were there. So the management of the hostel would be very desirable to put them out, because these animals can very seriously increase their population over time

public spaces, there is even a small swimming pool. The kitchen is also very happy, you can eat there quite well. Sleeping places are also made comfortably with curtains. There is a fan and air conditioning in the room

Nothing, everything was great!

The place is absolutely perfect. The location is good, the staff is kind and the amenities are more than the one you will see on the booking menu. Even if breakfast is not included they provide free eggs for everyone during the morning but also fruit (as bananas), bread, coffe and other all day long.

Good location but slightly tucked away on dead end, some Tuk Tuk/taxi drivers had difficulty locating. Take a card from. The hotel or use Grab App.

The place is really cool! It has Comfortable beds, curtains, good breakfast and banana, water and coffee available all the they. One of the best hostel I already stayed. 10/10

Best staff ever! So friendly. Such a professional hostel. Loved the kitchen to make your own breakfast. The rooms were so clean. Loved the small pool chill area. The bathrooms were huge it was great !

Staff were sometimes a little ill informed - there was a little issue with booking and bus times. The check in is quite late so we were waiting a long time to get into the dorm. The WiFi is also terrible.
