The location is great. There is the river along the resort. There are many activity to do with wide area. The staffs are very nice.

Things I didn't care much for? Well, the pool closed up way too early. We experienced no pool towels after 7PM and the pool lights and pool area lights were turned off around 7PM or earlier. After a long day out hiking and exploring the area national parks it would have been nice to take a swim to relax, I guess not. I was pretty sure the pool hours were until 9PM, maybe 8pm, but not 7pm. Same thing with the Mcafe. Seemed like it was only open for breakfast. Same thing with the small sundries store next to the lobby/check in. Went there at 10am and 2pm and found it closed both times. We had a car there as we came from Bangkok. You will want one too to go out and explore the area as there is little excitement at the resort to keep you occupied during your stay. When we asked about the spa and massages, we were told it was basically outcall and not open onsite as the website lead us to believe. Kind of misleading.

Nice, oversized room for a good price. Nice breakfast offerings.

We booked a 1 queen size bed for two but we got 2 single bed (I know I can just ask them to have us transfer to a different room but yeah everything is in the booking details so I a little disappointed). Also, if you are planning to go to Erawan falls, the hotel will offer you a 2 way trip for 1300 baht. No public transportation in the area. During the booking, I inquired about renting a motorbike and the hotel confirmed that i can have it ( they even mentioned that it will be for free ) but ended up renting a private car to roam around the province. On the other hand The place was really amazing; peaceful and relaxing, the amenities are also superb. If you are looking for a place for nice staycation this hotel is perfect for you.

Swimming pool. Though they have 2 swimming pools, we didnt like one of the swimming pool, as it was too deep and needs some maintenance. Anyway, the other pool was super nice.

The resort is huge! Minimum 2 day is required to enjoy the resort itself and the views. They have different spots to chill and enjoy the views. Beautiful 😍 Also, the staffs were very friendly and helpful 😀

The children’s pool with slides was very dirty to the point we could not swim in it. The water was cloudy and looked very unclean. We did swim in the other pool but the water was also very cloudy. My son had his goggles and some pool toys. He didn’t want to play with them because the water was so cloudy he was worried he would be able to find them at the bottom of the pool. The buildings were a bit run down- definitely seen better days. The staff spoke very poor English so communication was very challenging.

The location was good for sightseeing lots of different areas. The grounds were very beautiful and it was lovely to be next to the river.

its just an older hotel used mainly by corporates for meetings and conventions ,but the pool villas are nice ,so in honesty if you don't need bling everything was great ( wine in room for purchase also :)

Older resort ,on the river near the artittya golf course, once part of a housing development it seems that has fallen into disrepair. Great pool villa at an affordable price .old time thai magic ( need a freshen up ,tiles missing etc etc ) The resteraunt and staff were fantastic and the food was just as good

- Location: far from town, no other places to go nearby which mean once you are at the hotel, you should stay just there - Insects in room: we arrived and found several flies in the room. The maid use insecticide to kill them. So we had to leave our room for 2 hours

- Atmosphere: truly nature, so relaxing - Bed: comfortable, I slept very well eventhough not at my home - Breakfast: nice food, good choice - Staff: helpful

Nothing really. My only commit is the bathroom was a little dated and might benefit from modernisation. But this is preference not a complaint.

Was very quiet so the bars and restaurants are closed apart from one, I get it's not the fault, I'm sure it was a brilliant place to stay when busy.

Language / communication. Almost only Thai. So, simple things (eg rafting) can be too hard for foreigners to sort. Resort phone not answered some hours daytime. Nice, well-meaning people, but, like apparently ALL the resorts in this area, they haven't realised - despite the places being near empty except at weekends / Thai hols - that they HAVE to encourage the 8,000,000,000 people on the planet that DO NOT speak Thai. & the first step is simple language skills, written info in other languages, etc

There was only 1 restaurant operational for each meal and it was very much busy and took a lot of time to prepare food. The pool could do with some heating
