Location was good. Staff was great very helpful. Didn't really like the guest friendly part. They made you sign a waiver and checked my guest alot. Room was comfy, big bed. Sheets changed every day. Maids were great. I would go back.

Mike beach resort is located just minutes walk from the beach and right in the tourist area. It's not a new hotel, neither luxury, but clean and in good condition, with large rooms with a comfortable bed, good hot shower and very tasty thai breakfast buffet.  The staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful overall, a great place to stay, highly recommended.

Great location. Helpful staff. Manager Miss Suthi P was very sweet and helpful. Very nice lobby. The balcony had a beautiful ocean view and view of the street below. Close to the night Market and Hard Rock.

We are not sure if the room has not been used for a long or the water pipe is too old which is time to be replaced, the water coming from the taps were brown and contained a lot of Impurities (seems to be rust). We needed to open the taps for more than 10mins before using it and the water seems to return normal in the 3rd day of our stay.

Mike Beach is always one of our favourite hotel in the Pattaya city. Before the COVID, I used to stay in this hotel because of the friendly staff and the overall atmosphere. Compare to other hotels, their rooms are relatively larger than the others and they give up using carpet in their rooms which becomes cleaner.

The bathroom lock didn’t work. The hotel looks older than the picture. The Swimming pool well even having or not having it wouldn’t make any difference.

The Location and the convenience of getting around. Big room and a nice balcony. Hotel staffs were very friendly.

wifi was kind of slow and there should be at least one power outlet besides the bed so we could charge our phones while using it laying in bed.

Good location and sea view. Has balcony to relax and sink in with the outside environment. checkin and checkout process was quick. and housekeeping service was very good as well.

The pool does not really get the sun but was cleaned specifically on request and the beach is only 200 metres away

The location was fantastic the rooms were spacious and very clean and even had the joy of a bath tub BUT the overall memory of the hotel will be the friendly and efficient staff who could not have been more helpful from the chamber maids to the receptionists they were 1st class they made you feel sad to leave I should also say the WiFi was spot on and English TV channels was a bonus

Facilities need to do some refurishing.

The staff, especially the bell boy, he is extremely helpful and very courteous. The breakfast is good. The room is well kept and cleaned everyday, thanks to the housekeeper. The location is indeed marvellous, it is very near to the beach, and you can find good food, cos there is a restaurant within walking distance.

Extractor fan on the balcony, when on makes it not worth sitting outside.. but the view down the street to the beach/ocean is pleasant.

Location is near perfection for the beach and wedged between three shopping centres near by. Plenty of shops, local cleaning across the road (costs a little more but high standard and care). Cost is fair if you find it for cheap. On their own website it's well over priced. Breakfast options changed daily but the majority was the same. I enjoyed it overall. Staff are friendly, welcoming and caring. Assisted us with any issues we had. Also daily room cleaning.

I think the hotel should consider giving free tea as well, they give coffee but not everyone drinks coffee. And when I asked for tea they told me to buy some at the restaurant. Another thing is the bathtub was not nice at all .. it was dirty and the toilet seat had blood stains when we first booked in. This was my second stay and I paid more for a better room and got the exact same type of room I got last time.

I loved the staff they were all helpful starting with reception, Portal 🔔, restaurant and cleaners. The food is very good.
