Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomi was travelling with my mum and i have to say i felt the layout of the room was perhaps more suited to couples, the shower and toilet both have frosted glass doors and the bath is literally just in the room and as the room is open plan there is no privacy
the location is amazing!!! so so convenient everything is with in walk distance! the manager is so lovely, we had a small issue with our safe and she sorted it out very quickly and was so lovely about the matter the hotel lobby is really cute and everything is so well decorated

United StatesIt was strange how I couldn't curtain off the bathroom area since the shower & bathroom areas were semi-translucent. I can be a bit funny and spicy with a partner, or awkward with a friend.
Mila is located in a great area of town, right outside the Eastern Tha Phae gate of the Old City, which is the main gate and has some attractions at night time. The front desk were very hospitable and very accommodating. Communication was not an issue. The room was nice with an open / modern-esk design, pretty great value, I didn't get a view, but it wasn't a dealbreaker and not the reason why I chose Mila. Breakfast (which is included in the price) was above expectations, their match latte is phenomenal!! I'd come here just for that, and it's in an area with a lot of sunlight, so it's a great way to start the day. Solid value and area, and clean.

SeychellesThe rooms were on the 1st floor and there was no lift! The rooms were of a very odd layout with the floor on 3 levels (only a few inches between each level) and the bath beside the bed but not very accessible, There were no drawers of wardrobes and only a few pegs to hang you clothes. There was no chair and when asked, was told "We don't have any"

United KingdomOur bedroom was on the ground floor behind reception. There was no space for s swimming pool at the hotel. It was on a busy road and next to a nightclub, although strangely the room was quiet.
The bedroom was very large, and the shower was the best we encountered in 4 weeks in Thailand.

United KingdomBreakfast was terrible. This is one of the more expensive hotels and the breakfast is poor quality. Juice out of a carton not fresh.. Cheap supermarket processed bread. No fresh fruit. Chiang Mai has great bakeries. Extremely disappointed given how much I was paying.

This property was great! The staff were super friendly and helpful, even offering breakfast earlier if we had a tour. The location is ideal, it’s only about a one minute walk to the old city gates and only a 10 minute walk to the night bazaar. The rooms are just like the pictures and very clean.
