For 2 person, they gave 2 single beds. Even though, I had specifically requested 1 double bed, didn’t get it.

The bed may be a little hard for some and the room/bathroom may be seen as 'outdated'/needing refurbishing, but can work with it if staying for 1 or 2 nights. This hotel is about 15+ minutes walking distance to the nearest store/shops (7/11, cafe's etc.,), which can be seen as a little inconvenient. If the hotel was able to provide a shuttle service to and from the main street, that would've been good!

Free airport shuttle from the Phuket International to this hotel! I landed in Phuket quiet late and just wanted somewhere to rest before I headed to Patong the next day, so having this service was GREAT! The staff were nice and accomodating (allowed me Late check-out at 1pm) and the room was spacious and clean.

All was good

We checked in after 20hrs of traveling and at Naiyang Place we found very comfortable and spacious room with an excellent king-size bed to rest. The apartment in the quiet place, you can rent scooter to town and the staff is very helpful and kind. The beach and the market are hidden gem we did not expect to see. All best.

A little noisy at night time due to other guests in neighbouring rooms and in corridors maybe the walls are a little thin but I guess it would mainly be the guests fault not the hotel.

Close and convenient for the airport. Free taxi to airport too even very early morning. Very spacious, clean and modern room. Comfortable stay. Perfect for what I needed it for before my flight to relax.

Special shout-out for the quick response when having to urgently be picked up from the airport. The staff were great, especially one of the women cleaning the rooms who was very supportive when I was having a bit of a passport crisis.

There was tea and coffee but no milk whatsoever. Same with the rooms. A lovely fridge which would be a great deal better if there were tea and coffee in the room with a small amount of milk in the refrigerator. You could also provide a mini bar with snacks, etc

A neat little hotel, basic but cheap with a good local easy journey to and from the airport. Not the easiest place to find but the ideal stay to be close to the airport

The only thing I could comment on would be the water pressure in the bathrooms. Such a little thing.

Cleanest of the places we stayed at in Phuket. Staff are always friendly and willing to help. It's a little bit away from the main Street but they have motorcycles to rent at realistic prices, and the beaches are just a short ride away. Great stay at a great price. I would highly recommend. And I forgot to mention free lifts to the airport. Room size was excellent.

The lovely man picked us up from the airport.(you just have to call him or WhatsApp him when you land, Wi-Fi is good at the airport to do this). They gave good instructions. The guy himself was very smiley and friendly. We arrived late and he still was accommodating. The room was big and modern for Thailand. Everything was well maintained. Air con worked, bathroom all good, there was a small kitchenette with a big fridge I wasn’t expecting. Bottles of Water for our stay. Location wise: realistically it’s like a stones throw away. You could walk it if you had too.
