Hotel is in quiet part of town. Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are so spacious including the toilet and bath area. Buffet breakfast is good too. Staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Ah yes, there is a very nice cafe just across the hotel.

The location was good for us. We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer,excelent resturant and good quality food. all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. although the hotel is not far from centeral Hat Yai there was very little outside noise which was good.

Indeed land of smiles. When arrive at the hotel, they knew that you are tired after long journey and they will never fail to put on a smile. As i have children with me stranded at the shelter due to the heavy downpour, their security from afar saw us and without any hesitation run to us with a few umbrella and shelter back to the hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel

The room is spacious. Staffs are accomodating and polite.. The property is quiet away from roads. Hot and great water pressure.

Overall an excellent stay 👌

Pool access room very comfortable. Very nice decor and design. Bath and separate shower . Breakfast food selection is excellent with good pool view and pool bar.

Encounter a lunatic that park his pickup truck at the hotel side and blast his woofer at 11pm. Take about 30min for him to stop. Not really sure what is going on.

Breakfast was good and acceptable, location wise a bit off central but not an issue as you can get tuttut easily from hotel. Its a quiet place if not for that lunatic.

We had a great stay here! The room is very cosy especially when you spend the whole day out so all you think about is going back to the cosy room. Staffs are also very helpful throughout our 4 night stay, thanks!

The hotel room walls are a little thin, able to hear guests walking by and talking. But this doesn’t bother me much, as usually dead tired at the end of the day.

Soundproofing is rather bad. U can hear the steps, vocal noises and others very loudly in the room as there is hardly any soundproofing materials within the wall The bar at the pool makes medicore drinks, not worth the price. I do not recommend anyone to get anything from there.

One of the very best hotel in hatyai with no doubts. It comes with full fledged amenities and a very comfortable room for all sorts of customers. And as such, we stayed in this hotel for 4 times over 2yrs (neglecting covid years) Fantastic n artisitic room design Staff can speak english/chinese and even remember us as returninfg customers Very comfortable bed and pillows Good water pressure and heater works wonder There is a bath tub!!!! The ultimate winner, THE BREAKFAST!!! NO ONE SHALL MISS IT! Great variety, very tasty dishes and a good view of pool while eating.

Could have more variety of breakfast. Diff kind of eggs maybe.. Only sunny eggs were provided during the stay.

The room is spacious and comfy. Bathub does have some issues during the stay, but the hotel did resolve the issues timely in professional ways. For the room itself, it does live up to the expectation for a 4 stars hotel. Keep it up.
