There's no wifi in the apartment. I used an international e-simcard and could hardly get any signal, once inside. But this is not the owner's fault. Just saying it would be great to have internet in the apartment, even if this means you need to charge higher.

The location is great if you go there for a concert at the Impact Arena. You can just walk home after the concert and avoid all the traffic. There are a lot of street food near the apartment.

This apartment is very near to Impact Arena! Just around 15 minutes walking! There's 24 hours Aeon grocery store at Cosmo Bazaar which easy to buy supplies. There's also a self service laundry on the ground floor of the apartment. Really recommended to stay here!

The apartment is very basic ... beds, towels, water bottles, cupboard, sofa and an air-conditioner ... this is not a hotel room so do not expect any of a hotel's comforts ... there is no house keeping, no room cleaning, no change of towels nor any toiletries provided ... all this was fine with us (you get what you pay for) but the problem was in the bath / toilet ... the shower area is mighty small and the toilet for some reason was very close to the floor level ... so you better not have bad knees .. also the sink in the bathroom leaked heavily so whenever it was used, the waste water would flow down to the feet ... this problem was partly solved by us by keeping a bucket under the leak ... also, due to practical reasons, only one set of keys to the apartment is provided so if you are splitting up, then you would need to work out the key arrangement between yourselves ...

The Muangthongthani area is dotted with low cost housing apartments and in one such apartment was our stay ... we need to say here that we booked this apartment only due to it's supposed proximity to the Impact Arena in which one amongst us had to attend a three day conference ... and as the apartment is a 15 minute walk from the Arena, our primary requirement was fully met .. but the rest amongst us were there for tourism only and the lack of any Metro/BTS network in the Muangthongthani area is a problem for the pure tourist ... but there is a solution ... at the nearby Cosmo Bazaar (at the second level) a 13 seater van service operates which ferries passengers to the Victory Monument BTS station and in a similar manner you return ... cost of van ticket - THB35/- per person (as of November 2022) .. getting a taxi in this area is not a problem as they are constantly cruising ... bottom line (my take) - stay in this area if your priority is to be near Impact Arena but for plain tourism purposes, look elsewhere ... having said that, the area is a safe place to stay and the Cosmo Bazaar is excellent with very good food joints ....

I love the proximity to all establishments. We booked the place for 2 nights to attend the Seventeen's concert at Impact Challenger. It was the best. We were able to explore other places such as the outlet stores. There are also nearby markets and food stalls. If you are in the are for concerts, this is the best place to stay. It is walkable. Best place ever! The owner and staff are hospitable. They make sure that we are comfortable.

The very poor communication with whoever is running this apartment and its frustrating to say the least.. Maybe have a couple of drinks somewhere before arriving, you will need your mind calm and in a happy place.. Trust me! The size of the shower is ridiculously small unless your 120cm tall and 20 kilo.. Cannot even move in it and the shower head is in your face.. Have this decent size apartment and then you have to hold your breath in to fit in the shower.. Soaping up you have to step out of it! Toilet if your sitting on it your knees are against the wall.. No toilet paper for when you check in so hit 7-11 first is my advice.. WiFi in the apartment disconnected on the first night and didn't work for the rest of my stay.. The short time it was connected it wasn't real great anyway.. For the money you can definitely find better..

Clean! Complete facilities and comfortable. Lot of shops nearby so you can still find necessities things easily. Host is very easy to communicate. Check in and check out process super smooth.

The corridor is a bit scary but not that bad, at least it's clean. There's no train connecting the area to downtown Bangkok so travelling cost a bit of money.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is big and comfortable. We stayed here for Suga concerts and it's very near to Impact Arena, only 10 minutes walk. The security is efficient, and we felt safe walking back from the concert late at night. There's 7-11 nearby and also a MaxValue just opposite the block. A very convenient place to stay if you're going for events at Impact Arena. The owner is very accommodating.

Room is so spacious. Price also super cheap and affordable. I book for two person but there was one queen bed and one single bed. There are also extra comforter and pillow. Aircond super cool. Toilet very clean. There is microwave, refrigerator, water heater and utensils. I book for 4 days and 3 nights because I need to attend stray kids maniac world tour concert at impact arena. The apartment located near the impact arena and it is a walking distance location. We only just need to across two building only to arrive at impact arena. There are also AEON 24 hours and 7 Eleven near the apartment. Mr Dan(owner) is also very friendly and easy to contact. Check out procedure also very easy. There are also dobby shop at the lobby. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to those who will attend concert at impact arena because you will not regret it.
