Staff a bit lack of service mind, no pleasant look when talking with, talk with fear. The signage of hotel should be easy to notice when arrive. it didn't even shown in the GPS.

One thing they could have improved is the smell of the cat farm they raise next to the resort, the smell is so tense that ruin our beautiful morning and breakfast time. Just one thing.

Mumsa is always our choice whenever thinking of beach vacation, location is great, resort's food is great. The beach is clean and shady in the afternoon. They have just renovated which is better than before. 4 hour drive from Bangkok is worth going.

No TV in the room, I booked partial sea view but with two bungalows directly in front of mine there was no way to see the sea. Worst coffee I've ever tasted with the breakfast. Also nothing else in the vicinity, no bars/ restaurant or shops so one night is enough

Friendly Thai staff, lots of varied seating on the beach right in front of the resort. Reasonably priced food and drink. Spacious room, big bathroom with powerful hot shower. Great internet so I could stream football on my laptop.

Extremely poor breakfast. Cappuccino was available on one day only. Although the restaurant looks nice the food is not worth it. We got a curry for dinner and a chicken dish, there were literally 3 micro pieces of meat in total. If you stay, eat elsewhere!

Never felt welcomed. Staff weren’t very helpful. It’s a resort- not a hotel, however for price - I’d stay in normal Thai resort next time or pay a bit more for better places near by.

The houses have really poor maintenance, looks a bit like a rushed diy project from The inside. It isn't dirty, but also not clean. Non Thai staff wasn't very friendly, not rude but it was just business without smiles.

The Thai staff is great, really helpful. Forgot time and was too late for dinner, they insisted on making us some ( even came to our house to offer ) The location is amazing, it's a real paradise. Watching sunset/sunrise here is one of the best I've witnessed.

Shower heater broken, shower water flow very low. My wife fell through the wooden deck at the entrance to our room. She’s not heavy! Luckily she didn’t get hurt. We told the staff but they did nothing about it the broken deck. The free breakfast wasn’t very good. Only 2 options (both with eggs) and eggs weren’t cooked very well. They were runny.

We were moved mid meal from the tables on beach to a dingy corner inside with no explanation, it appeared they wanted to keep the tables clear for a non guest party that evening. A party of non residents took over the whole beach and we were unable to use the facilities having to stay indoors for the duration. Room door wouldn't lock orclose from inside so had to sleep with no security, and the air conditioning unit streamed water down the walls when turned on. Staff went home at 8pm so no service was available. Resort ran out of drinks due to non-resident party so no beer was available from 7pm. Disgusting inedible breakfast of poor quality food that was so badly cooked it was inedible.

The location was beautiful with stunning beach and resort layout despite being a little run down and in need of some maintenance. Beds were super comfy and clean. A beach paradise, truly stunning.
