Staff was the number one thing we loved about this place. They helped us select great excursions that fit our family's preferences (staff includes at least one former guide). James, Lulu, and the rest of the staff patiently and happily devote time to helping guests solve these and other problems. Great breakfast including menu choices.

Sitting here reminiscing the great times our family just had in Chiang Mai during Songkran, and it wouldn’t have been the same without the wonderful stay here. Staff spoke excellent English, all staff are friendly, approachable and attentive. Nothing is ever too much trouble and even goes above and beyond. Laundry service, view of the newly renovated pool (so I can keep a watchful eye of the kids from the balcony), along with connecting rooms are all invaluable (proven hard to find!). Beers and mocktails by the pool are also a crowd pleaser. We went to other towns and for few days and upon return, the luggage we left behind were already delivered to our room. The towels in both rooms are folded into shapes of an elephant and swans, drizzled with orchid petals, and a welcome back message! Breakfast is affordable, healthy, delicious and visually pleasing. Rooms are clean, inviting and well laid out. If you are looking for value, high standards in staff service, great location and amenities…this is the place.

The staff and location make it great. The staff are beyond kind and helpful and the location is really good for a quiet, relaxing stay just outside the Old Town walls. The hotel itself has character and is comfortable without frills.

Mouldy shower, in general bathroom and room could be a little modern / renovated, also pool, but it was still very nice.

Location was central convenient for getting around city. Breakfast was well cooked and .tasty with plenty of choice. The retraunt was a pleasant place to eat light and airy. . The staff spoke excellent English as well as French and German. Always smiling and helpful.

To get from the hotel to the city you have to walk down a sort of weird alley. I was with my husband so that was ok but if I had been a woman travelling solo I would have been nervous.

Staff was amazing, attentive and helpful! The rooms were clean and cute and the pool was a lovely way to escape the heat in the afternoon. The owners attention to detail was impressive, even the shampooing was “my Chiangmai” brand, very cute!

I loved every part of my stay here, I felt so at home and the reception staff were so lovely and helpful. The bed was so comfy and the room amazing! I didn’t realise I booked a king suite for one person! I only stayed one night but I will be returning here if I come back to Chiang Mai. Also the breakfast was so good, I got so much food!

Amazing staff and an amazing room! The pool was an added bonus - but really have to give a massive shout out to the staff who make your trip so special and comfortable. The breakfast was gorgeous and the cocktails are a must try!

The pillows wasn't comfortable but I didn't want to say because they where so good.

The place have gone out of there way to make sure the stay is excellent and they where excellent. They had a little snack area some of it was free and the other goods are at almost cost price. Lovely cocktails/pizza and sandwiches Sorry.. I forget names but the lady at the desk was 10/10 so welcoming. I would definitely go back. I also forgot my prescription sunglasses and the delivered it to my next hotel can't ask for more.

The wooden furnitures in the room were a little smelly, it took me a while to get used to it. The pool water was very cold and it was facing the north-east. I just made sure we come back earlier so we can enjoy some time in the pool.

The staff were incredible, helpful and kind, the rooms and bathroom were clean, there is a partition in the shower, the pool was fun to hang in and around though the water was cold. They have a fridge with drinks and a cabin with snacks at reasonable orices, a pool bar where you can order food and drinks, and also a table that offers cookies, crackers, bananas, coffee and other hot beverages free, all day long. They allowed me to order one breakfast set for both me and my son, it was more than enough, very tasty. It was close enough to everything but not necessarily within walking distance, we used songtaew (30 baht per person) or bolt to get around. We stayed in chiang mai for almost two months and this hotel was fully booked for the entire time. It was definitely my favorite.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming - delicious cold welcome drink on arrival. Room was clean and spacious and the pool area was very pretty. Nice to relax after a day of sight seeing by the pool with a drink from their bar. Highly recommend. Great location.

The restaurants we liked were in the old town, a good 15 minutes walk away. But then given the facilities and price this was acceptable.

Quiet location set back from the road. Swimming pool although small was adequate for cooling down. Staff were friendly and efficient. The local temple is non tourist, it’s worth a (free) visit. Breakfast good. If you can get a Deluxe room do so, we had one for one night, you get a balcony overlooking the pool.
