We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThere was quite some noise at night. I personally didn't mind too much, but it might affect one's sleep.
Good opportunity for a short stay (maybe even a longer stay) in the town of Nakhon Pathom. The room was clean. The staff was trying to help in English if anything was not clear. The location is very central and can be reached by foot from the train station if you don't mind a little walking. You can check out Phra Pathom Chedi and Wat Phai Lom while walking along Tesa Soi to the hotel.

ThailandProperty: The automatic security system was not properly get to be use in terms of from property personal. Additional key card deposit (THB 300) was requested upon checking in with one key and (supposed to be) entrance key card available to the guest. We never had to use it to enter the property when we came back at 19:00 since the main entrance door was left opened like it was during the daytime, only the different is that no security personnel in sight in the evening either. Our tiny request to be on higher floors hadn’t been mentioned or explained about from the staff in air-con room behind the transparent plastic shield and finally we waited to be assigned the second floor. Nightly guests got to stay in Building B only, we got to hear the loud noise from motorbike delivery riders making delivery to monthly guests in Building A all night, wonder if it's possible that this area only have this one rider, he surely were able to afford bigger bike but never keep the noise down at any points. Room: The third guest got to use the additional mattress laid on the floor with extra large towel but no duvet cover.
Location: Not far from night walking street and morning market on the main street, it took 10-minutes stroll in an quiet alley to get there, from the hotel go to the left. If guests go to the right it wouldn't be anything in walking distance. Cleanliness: The bedding sheet was soft and clean.

United StatesThe room I was in had some damage to walls, and wasn't as clean as it should have been. Bathroom fan desperately needed to be wiped down, there was some mold in corners and near sink. Inside of refrigerator/freezer needed to be cleaned, and there was a cigarette butt on the floor of the patio, as well as a dirty towel from the previous renter hanging in the wardrobe... Who knows how long those had been there. Needed a general deep clean, as the only thing that seemed recently /well cleaned were the bed linens. Seems like it probably hadn't been rented in a while, but who knows. I was disappointed because pre-COVID I actually lived in one of the long-term rentals in the same building, and my room was neithet dirty nor in disrepair. Hopefully this was just a one-off experience and it doesn't stay this way.
Location, location, location. View of the Wat next door from inside most rooms. Walking distance from Phra Pathom Chedi, the market, 7-eleven, and moto-taxis.
