Room was clean and comfortable, nice swimming pool. Excellent choice for breakfast and good food choices in hotel and in surrounding area. Beach only 2 min walk and hotel wifi can still use when there. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone that,s looking for a nice, relaxing stay in Pattaya.

Good hotel with a decent location, its more of a family/couples hotel, enjoyed the swimming pool and the two gyms with good equipment is appreciated pls the beds are comfy.

Not the fault of the property but unfortunately the noise of Pattaya , the music late at night and early in the morning just comes through .

well, there were some few things which I hope they would do better in future, small things but very important: as checking in it took too much time, about 20minutes. Maybe receptionist were trainees or computers didn't work but absolutely took too much time. If there woul be some kind of welcoming drink or other refresments then could be much better feeling to wait. Also when cleaning rooms they didn't refill drinking water bottles, should give daily new water bottles for both guests. (living two persons in same room but gave only one new water bottle?) Also didn't refill shampoo nor shower gel. And when tried to call receptionists they didn't answer, had to try call four times before contacts.

It's like entering a grim zone. Somebody clearly had a peculiar idea that if staff refrains from smiling the hotel will seem to be more posh. They are borderline obnoxious. The attitude on waiters really shocking especially as for the "land of smile". Check-in and check-out were also quite unpleasant experience. Hotel is well designed, but poorly maintained, many features are damaged and showers is a mould festival. While swimming pool is very pleasant, the roof above it makes sunbathing impossible, which doesn't have to be a bad thing, but could be a warning for some.

Great design and a lot of brilliant ideas to make this hotel accommodate more demanding customers.

Noise from the bars downstairs it’s can be super loud at night. Shower kinda dirty, seem like house keeping doesn’t pay attention to clean that spot much, for 4 stars hotel it should be more clean.

Friendly and competent staff. Beautiful rooms with upscale furnishings. Comfortable mattress. Generally a very nice and well-kept hotel complex with a beautiful pool.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Beautiful, boutique hotel. Great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Good security in and around the building but everywhere we went we felt very safe.

Very nice hotel with great location, close to the beach and bars/reataurants. Very friendly personnel, especially huge thanks to the concierge - IT, who was always helpful with luggages and checking if our taxi arrived. Always there to help and always smiling.

We had room 2104 that was not far from the night club and the music was on until 4 am every night.

The hotel was in a good location. The Staffs was really nice and helpful. The room is decent and clean. We asked to change the room due to noise from outside and manager Mo was on hand to sort it out straightaway. Fantastic service .

The reception staff did not treat me like western people and others. Maybe, I am from the middle east!! Although my stay's floor were almost no guests my room was on the last of the floor and my view at the back of the hotel. The floor rooms door were opened during my stay and no guests. My room was good in one condition only if there is an emergency problems like fire or earthquake because my room was next to the emergency exit and I could escape before the others 😂. It is really shamed!!! The proffishinilty to do their rolls is missing 👎

Wifi is most of the times unavailable, breakfast in the hotel is not at the same standard as the hotel.

The room is well equipped with high standard furniture. Nice swimming pool with comfortable relax places and bar. The location is in the middle of the tourist area, next to the beach, restaurants, two malls, and massage places. The restaurant on the roof Pippa is high class.

Limited car parking with no clear sign on direction, delayed opening the gym at 8.30 AM (would be great if open 24 hrs)
