Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe beds are hard, but we found this to be true of almost every accommodation we stayed at in Thailand.
We had a delightful stay at this charming home! Nanadoo Homestay is everything you hope for when traveling on a budget. The room was nicely sized, very clean, and had a small balcony overlooking a rice paddy. The room was well-appointed and included a kettle, cups, and free drinking water among other amenities. The hostess, Moo, was so fun to talk to. Breakfast was tasty and included fried eggs, fruits, sausage, and a salad. You could help yourself to coffee, toast, cereal, milk, and condiments. There are lots of fruit trees on the property, so you just might get to sample some! The pool was a great place to enjoy. They do serve additional food for lunch or dinner, which was tasty and affordable. The bunnies and other animals are a delight. The garden has a swing set, trampoline, swings, and other items that would be great for kids. Just what we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

United StatesLocation wise it is not easy walking distance to the city (or many places) but the host will arrange any transportation you need to go whereever you want during your stay.
This location is a mix of airbnb, bed and breakfast, and guesthouse all in one. We stayed in the main house, second floor, we had a view of Guan Yin, goddess of Mercy out our back balcony. The location also has bungalow style rooms detached from the house around the pool area. Our host was fantastic, the location area doesn't have very much to 'walk to' and it is not walkable (at least with a 6 yo; it's 3.3 miles) to the night market/golden clock area, but our host was very open to arranging anything we needed. She arranged our own private van to tour of temples and a tea farm. Breakfast was included in our stay and one of the best parts of this location was how kid-friendly it was! There are toys, games, and books in the lower shared space (where you eat breakfast), There is a play structure, a pool, and at night the bunnies come out which our daughter thought was amazing. There is laundry service but be sure to ask in advance/up front for planning purposes (range 150-250 baht/basket) The location is outside around rice paddies and corn fields; expect bugs, lizards, around the property but the rooms are very clean with good AC. Note the toilet and shower are located in the same room so be sure to remove the toilet paper before showering. Pool is nice but at twilight the mosquitoes do come out in force so be aware. There are several swings and lots of seating areas around the house as well. Overall this was a great kid-friendly place to stay!

ThailandThere was a bit of an ant issue in our bungalow which is to be expected in the countryside, but they were everywhere! Cobwebs in corners of rooms with lots of flies in, could be swept away.
The host was so friendly & welcoming. She spoke perfect English & told us where to visit. There are lots of bunnies to play with & you’re welcome to sit with them. The home stay had a really lovely, welcoming atmosphere & the beds were very comfortable.

United StatesI was very impressed with this place. I like the location because it's tucked away from the main road but yet the main road is only a ten minute walk. The live rabbits and birds in the yard is especially entertaining. The owner makes a homemade Western or Thai breakfast.

CanadaThe location is a bit out of town, not hard to get a ride via Grab or arranging a taxi or tuk tuk via the hosts, but certainly more convenient if you have your own vehicle.
Very friendly and genuinely helpful host, I would highly recommend Na Na Do on this basis alone. Very quiet location, relaxing around the pool.

Thailandnothing.
We like the hospitality of the owner, they are so friendly and very helpful. It’s like we stay at our friend home. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Breakfasts western and Thai style porridge, are basic yet good quality and tasty. The property is located in the quite area and not that far from city center and good restaurants. What our kids like the most is the little petting zoo!! Rabbits are all around and you can pet them freely. they don’t want to leave this place and want to stay longer. they also would like to adopt the rabbits too!!!

ThailandWhen it rains, it can be a little unpleasant. Pricing is ok, but not very cheap compared to hotels in town so you do it more for the experience I think. A little bit out of the way although not really too bad.
Room was big, especially the downstairs one. Owners were very nice and the place had lots of interesting corners to sit and hang out. Very nice views from the place.

ThailandThis place needs to start treating the rabbits properly; feeding them nutrition like hay rather than fruit and castrating them to be pro-active in diseases and birth-control so that the males doesn't have to be locked in at all times.
The room and the place are quite cozy.

GermanyBasic cleanliness could be greatly improved with just a few little extra work put into. Simple things like spiderwebs hanging in every corner of the breakfast area, the insect nets being cluttered, the silicone bath mats in need of a good scrub, etc....small changes could really improve things massively!
Very kid-friendly and situated between rice fields, so very silent. The owner Moo is super-nice and helpful! Excellent food with a small, but sufficient menu. And of course, the bunnies were really fun to have around for our kids.

NetherlandsThe room was quite small and smelled a bit damp. Bathroom had a bad smell, which did improve a bit after use. There were ants in the kids bed, so we sprayed the room to get rid of them. The pool looked very cloudy, so needed to get treated. We decided not to swim.
The bunnies were adorable and the breakfast was nice. The lady who owns the guesthouse is very nice.
