I arrived before check in and was greeted by a lovely lady who let me check in early. The room was very spacious and clean with a very large double bed. Air con worked well and there was a tv. Bathroom was clean and supplied good soaps and a shower cap. They offer a free breakfast (toast,eggs,tea,coffee) which I helped myself to in the communal kitchen. There were books and magazines and free biscuits out aswell. Night time is very quiet and within walking distance to restaurants,cafes and shops or a short grab drive away. I would 100% come back to this hotel.

The rooms are lovely with the colour themes. In the room you have everything you need and it is very spacious. The biggest upside, night cleanness and location is the sweet lady who works here! She helps with everything you need. Booked the slowboat, she even got up to give me some bread and wake me up if needed!

It was well located and pretty beautiful. The room was quite spacious and they have breakfast stuff for you in the kitchen. We had eggs , butter and jam , also coffee for free. We would happily come back

Nice a colourful room, spacious and clean. There was is a communal kitchen open in the mornings which was a great idea, free bread and eggs for breakfast but with the opportunity to cook whatever you want with your own ingredients!

We would recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting the area and looking for a base within walking distance to the city. The accommodation is around five to ten minutes walk from many sights and places to eat. The rooms were very spacious and very comfortable, with lots of areas for storing bags and other belongings. The rooms also have a small balcony room area which is great for storing items. The bathrooms are also spacious and very clean, with soaps and toiletries provided. There is a shared kitchen area in the accomodation which has eggs, bread, jams, oils and butters which are available to use for all guests. There are also fridges which can be used, which allows a lot of flexibility with making your own breakfasts, lunches, dinners or other snacks/drinks. There are also various areas to chill out around the accomodation. The host assisted us with hiring motorbikes from a local motorbikes shop which were also reasonably priced. Thank you very much!

We loved the room, was so cute and the colour theme was nice. Nice spot in Chiang rai, walkable to everything. Staff were happy to help and organise the long boat to load if needed. Free breakfast in the morning, eggs were good.

Although it was cleaned everyday, some areas of the room (like the bathroom) needed a deep clean to get away more stubborn dirt.

There was a second bed, but the staff forgot to give us bedding, so three of us slept in one super double bed.

The staff was very friendly; they let us in even though we were very late. The room was big enough and bright

The AC is quite loud so you will want to turn it off at night or use earplugs.

Staff are super friendly and always around to help (and they have a cute dog too). Well located 8 minute walk from the bus station, 10 minutes from the night bazaar, 15 minutes from Saturday Walking street. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Room cleaning including new sheets and towels and fresh water is available whenever needed. A communal fridge is available, as well as a simple self made breakfast of toast and eggs. Hot drinks and simple snacks are also available in the communal area. Beds are comfortable and the AC works well. Everything was clean and of a high quality.

I had a marvellous time during my stay at this endearing boutique lodging. The rooms were extremely spotless, and the receptionist, whom I suspect to be the owner, was exceptionally kind and considerate. Spacious room for 1 annd walking distance to bus terminal. Every day, the housekeeping staff ensured that the room maintained its hygiene standards. In addition, the breakfast self-service kitchen was a wonderful feature and unquestionably my favourite aspect of the lodging. Strongly recommended!

We had 2 rooms for a family of four for 2 nights. The location was great, only 5 min walk to bus station and town for restaurants and bars. My husband and I had a twin room, the beds and pillows were SO comfortable, the best we had in Thailand, however the beds in the childrens rooms were firmer. Fridges are available to use and there are cooking facilities if you want to use them. Hot drinks, bread, eggs, margarine, jam and fresh fruit is available free of charge which was ideal. We cooked ourselves fried eggs on toast followed by fresh mango! There is a dining area where you can eat. The rooms are clean and brightly decorated and good value for money. It was very quiet at night. We hired a local truck to take us to the white and blue temples and then dropped us back at our hotel. He was happy to wait for us while we visited them and had lunch as well, 500 Bhts.
