Shower was beautiful but hot water and pressure were inconsistent. Minor issue in the big picture. National park is a bit of a joke. Don’t pay the 200 baht for entrance fee because the hotel is just inside its boundaries.

Nice quiet location across the street from a peaceful beach. Easy 5 minute walk into small town w ample restaurants , shops, massage, etc. Great pool. Breakfast is heavily skewed Asian, but also enough western choices. Easy to rent scooters nearby.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, the breakfasts were really nice and the rooms were comfortable - the beds were good and the bathroom was nice and new looking. The location for us was great, walking distance to food and markets, plus close to airport for our departure.

Every thing perfect! Next time just need to bring swimming goggles as chlorine sting eyes a bit, but not a big deal & all pools do that.

A really lovely resort which was as good as it looked online. The room was perfect with a really comfy bed and the setting was beautiful. The location was very close to the airport but not noisy at all. The beach over the road was gorgeous and local food really good too. We had massages through the hotels friendly and nice staff too which and the massages were brilliant and really good value too. Would highly recommend.

The 2 rooms are NOT interconnected if you have family with small kids. They are adjacent but only have the front door so you need to go out one room to go inside another room.

Very authentic, clean and very helpful and happy staff. Very accommodating and responsive and it has a quite and relaxing feeling that is a great place for families and relaxing times. It’s only 2 min walk to a very secluded part of the beach and 5 min walk from the Main Street and restaurants of Naiyang.

Unfortunately I got sick from eating at the onsite restaurant. We had some prawns on the day we arrived, and the next morning, I was violently ill. It was such a shame as I had hoped to explore more of the area around the hotel.

After spending 10 days in Phuket in other locations, I arrived at Nai Yang and wished I had more than a 1 night stay. The gorgeous beach opposite and accommodation were just beautiful. With the elevated walkways and stunning pool, the property really felt like it was amongst nature.

Nothing I didn't like, but my suggestion would be for the resort to have wheelchairs available for handicaped persons like other hotels and resorts.

The resort was quiet and not crowded like other resorts. They were very helpful and friendly and would go out of their way to help. The beach is right across the road within 100 yards. Naiyang Park is peaceful for a nice quiet walk. They were excellent providing assistance for my handicaped wife.

Spa was not great. Shower didn’t have much power.

Wonderful and flexible staff. Accommodated airport transfers with ease and allowed use of shower after checking out. Location was great - a stone’s throw from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the main/busy beach and cafe area. Big spacious room with lots of privacy (though my hut was on the last row).

The bed quilt was too thick so I had to turn down the room temperature more than I like. I did wake up chilled after a restless night of constant hot and cold. There are lots of large mosquitoes around at dawn and dust and they have very strong appetites. The breakfast was very limited but was okay for a couple of days. I would be looking for alternatives beyond that. The rooms are semi-detached so you hear everything from the adjoining room. Having inconsiderate neighbours would be a problem.

The Hotel is close to the airport and the beach. The beach is in my opinion much better than Patong Beach and is certainly much better for children. The swimming pool was excellent. The room was large and adequate for our needs. There are significant eating options (food carts etc) down the road outside the Park. The shuttle service was fast and efficient. We used the restaurant twice due to heavy rain and the food was good. The service was excellent. There is a very good small coffee shop just 5 minutes walk down the road.

The walls inbetween rooms are soooo thin you can hear everything in the room next to you. The doors are impossible to close quietly, and our neighbours were going in and out of the room at late night and early in the morning so we were woke up every time they open and closed their door
