It a beautiful property in an excellent location. The staff are so friendly and so helpful - every single one of them. They made our experience as special as it could be. Kanyawee was particularly helpful in our planning of tours such as Doi Suthep and the Elephant Nature Park (highly recommended, by the way!)

a hidden gem with a lovely property in the middle of the city.Bfast spread could have been better and could include some lanna/thai dishes. But the staff overexceeded themselves elspecially Geo who went out of the way to make our stay comfortable

Was some building work being done on the restaurant which a bit noisy at times

Boutique hotel, small and traditional style. Tucked away but easy walking distance to the night market etc. Great team, very responsive. Lovely room.

huge beds with big dark bed frames with sharp corners. All of us got hurt walking around the bed at night due to the difficult to see sharp corners. Our son had a bleeding shin and my wife and I had a big bruise! We wish the frames were rounded or had some bumpers!

Refurbishment of the restaurant during this high period. A discount on the back up restaurant services would have been more appropriated than the spa’s one which is expensive at the basis. Pool was chilly and more chairs would have been welcome.

An oasis close to Chiang Mai old town, night bazaar and restaurants. As you step in you are completely surrounded by a serene and a beautiful place. Service was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Unique hotel with lots of charm. away from the city yet close enough to walk in, very friendly staff. excellent restaurant, very good breakfast. We arrived around 10am and the staff gave us a room straight away. We really appreciated it as we were exhausted after an overnight journey.

Building work so a bit noisy all day and the riverside restaurant was closed No pre warning on booking regarding this More storage area in bedroom would have been good and more coat hangers though I appreciate I could have asked for more A few more sun beds in the grass area perhaps as that’s where the sun was

The caveat to the location is it’s a 20-25 minute walk outside of the city center but you can easily take an affordable tuktuk or Grab anywhere.

Very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and amazing breakfast buffet. Walking distance to Pakorn’s Kitchen for dinner. We liked that the location was outside of the busy tourist center.

The freshest, most beautiful breakfast buffet you have ever seen in your life, a variety of cuisines. Housekeeping a front desk staff are helpful, thorough and kind. Incredible laundry service. Thank you, Na Nirand, for a magical experience.

The only thing I can think of was they were doing a little construction but honestly it didn't impact us much because we were not there during the day. Also, the mixed drinks at the bar were a little inconsistent but the beer was always cold and refreshing!

Na Nirand is an exceptional place. The property, staff and location was excellent. We were here in December and it was our first destination in Thailand and it did not disappoint! One woman in particular at the front desk helped us schedule both an elephant excursion as well as a cooking class. She was so very kind and helpful. And the food! We ate at the restaurant 3x and the breakfast buffet was over the top delicious. The pool was also really nice and relaxing.
