From check-in to check-out, everything was just perfect. The whole area is fantastically beautiful, the breakfast outstanding and the staff very courteous and friendly. The comfortable beds and the large selection of pillows also deserve special mention. We have been to many places in Thailand in 15 years, but nowhere have we slept as well as here.

This property deserves a rating of 11 out of 10! Everything was fabulous: the villas with super cool bathtubs, the infinity pool, the beach that allowed privacy, water activities, the food!!! Hospitality was also outstanding - I had an unusual request and was treated with empathy and understanding and that really made our holiday special. Many thanks!

There was nothing.

Absolutely loved the setting on the water. Each room was a separate cottage and beautifully done. Ours was one row off the water, so there was easy access to the pool, private sandy beach, and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was over the top. We loved the staff and truly hated to leave this very special getaway.

Our stay at the resort was unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with a personal approach that made us feel special and valued. Their attention to detail was impeccable, perfect even in the smallest touches that significantly enhanced our entire experience. The resort’s prime location is unparalleled, set in a picturesque environment that complements its traditional Thai-style villas. These spacious accommodations offered us tranquility and authenticity, with a stunning sea view each morning serving as a daily highlight. Dining was a culinary adventure, featuring haute Thai cuisine and fusion cuisine. The Chef Rong and Chef Mauricio skillfully prepared dishes that were not only delicious but also visually stunning, creating an unforgettable dining experience. The range of complementary activities offered was impressive, from morning yoga sessions with the coach Alisa that started our day with serenity, to Muay Thai boxing classes with Chad coach that were both challenging and fun. The private cooking class with Chef Rong were really a standout experience, allowing us to dive deeper into Thai culture and learn how to create traditional dishes under the guidance of a skilled chef. A heartfelt thanks goes to restaurant and bar personnel: Fon, Smile, Kris, Toy, Ae, Gafew, Han, Nu and others; to reception personnel: Esme, Aoy, Pare, Algen, Aom (sending her our best wishes for a smooth transition into motherhood!); and the management team: Ameur, Alla and others, for their unmatched hospitality and responsive service, truly the heart of the resort. Their warm and attentive service made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We left with beautiful memories and a desire to return. For anyone seeking a luxurious, genuine Thai experience, this resort is a true treasure.

The location, the staff, the ease w. which we could reach everything, the food at the pool bar, the helpful & friendly staff, the buggies that took you up to your villa in the scorching heat, the animals, the gym, etc.!

We think the bycicles were quire uncomfortable and could be upgraded. Also, the prices of the soft drinks are very high: I was charged 250 bath for a Singha soda water, which was even more expensive than a beer.

Expectations were high for Belmond level but not met for many details. For example, breakfast items limited, events’ food mediocre, 50 min wait to get the iron to the room, noisy A/C, pool walls dirty, outdated furnitures, service partly good and amicable partly indifferent - managerial support could help. Overall, thinking price, the experience remains a bit disappointing. Really wish a good effort to make it better!

Seaweed don’t really let you to swim close to the shore, but can’t really blame the hotel for this. Air conditioning a bit noisy

Amazing experience throughout all our stay. Staff and hotel really fulfill every expectation and beyond. Garden, beach and rooms are always very clean Food is amazing and the restaurants have a super tasty selection of both Thai and ordinary cuisine. The hotel is in a quiet area of the island, you need to take a taxi to enjoy night life. Tiny things - There should be a smart TV in hotel like this and there wasn’t. The wood floor in the room is old and therefore very noisy. All the services from the hotel are very expensive (restaurant, laundry, etc) but there a several good food alternatives nearby .

This place is amazing. Great quite location, amazing stuff, the room is very comfortable. There are yoga lessons for free. Very very recommended!!!!

There is absolutely nothing to dislike there.

The villas are beautiful, very comfortable and give you maximum privacy. I think all of them have the sea view. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful garden with palm trees, birds and butterflies everywhere. The service and stuff at the hotel is exceptional, they don't help, they simply read your mind and make the stay unforgettable. It is the best hotel in Thailand I have been to and I highly recommend for anyone who would like to switch off and relax. The food is excellent, the activities are not tacky like in other resorts (they have free yoga, tennis, Mai Thai classes, bikes and paddle boards to use, Thai cooking classes etc). We had the most relaxing break, thank you Napasai!

Everything was great, just maybe the variation of food at breakfast and beachfront restaurants could be wider.

This was definitely our best stay through all traveling experiences. If we could rate hotel stuff, their friendliness and kindness, it would be definitely over 10 points. They carried about us every step of the way, prepared little sweets and fresh fruits everyday. The location of the hotel is also heaven. We will definitely visit Napasai again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Napasai hotel in Koh Samui, and I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was. From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, the level of professionalism and client-oriented approach displayed by the hotel personnel was truly outstanding. The reception personnel at Napasai, and especially Ms. Esme, exuded a sense of genuine care and hospitality.
