Amazing resort - perfect amenities to enjoy. The private beach and pool area is very practical as everything is close by, and nothing ever feels too crowded or busy. The staff are always on hand to help and are really friendly. The rooms are also a highlight as they have a real unique theme and feel to them, again very practical and comfortable. When you stay at this resort, you will appreciate the extra effort the staff put in, from small gifts of fresh fruit in your room dailly to the range of varied activities provided on a weekly basis

We liked everything! If I must add one thing, it will be more sports classes with emphasis on sailing.

Amazing staff made us feel welcomed for the entire stay. Everyone were so helpful to assist us in everything we wanted in such a kind way. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are in an upscale Thai style, a lot of wood.

For us, nothing disturbed our stay. However, maybe people who want to party more wouldn't like to stay in Napasai as it is calm, quiet and meditational. It suited us well, and we enjoyed every moment at this paradise resort.

Everything was excellent in the resort. Beyond our expectations, really. We stayed in the Beach Front Villa, which was spacious; the bed was very comfy, and the resort provided all you needed when travelling—even small things like toothpaste, shaving equipment, needles and threads. So we thought, as Thailand is much cheaper than Europe, next time, travel light, bring essentials, and buy clothes and all other necessities locally. I especially want to point out that the customer service in the resort is so thought-through and beyond excellent. We want to thank all staff who took care of us; special thanks to Guest Relation Manager Alla Elizarova!

as the bungalow was a bit older, the wooden floor creaked a lot.

the breakfast was excellent. it had everything we wanted and the patisserie was also very good by thai standards. the room was very nice, with a view of the sea. all in all we enjoyed the short week at the belmond very much. especially the service and the helpfulness of the staff was very positive for us.

Everything was amazing - the hotel is so beautifully designed and laid out. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable but the common areas are also a joy to be in. The food at the restaurants was amazing, the buffet breakfast, the a la carte lunch and dinner menu - we could have happily eaten every meal there for a month and not gotten bored of it. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, we celebrated our wedding anniversary there and they really went above and beyond to make it special - I also really loved the free activities that they organised, we did morning yoga on the beach and paddle boarding but could have done much more. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Extremely beautiful estate, comfortable, spatious, private. Amazing pool. Any activity you can think of, you can do it in the resort. Great restaurants, awesome breakfasts. What we would highlight the most is the incredibly kind, friendly, supportive and well organized staff as well as outstanding attention to detail. This is a true tropical five star experience and we loved every bit of it.

Initial issue with the wifi connectivity. The mini bar temperature could have been cooler. The overall lighting in the room was not adequate during the night. And maybe a few more options to have some lights on or off. Currently all lights work only on 1 button.

Everything from checking in to the spa, to the pool was simply great. The staff is helpful. The property is well located in terms of views. A little far off from the happening parts of the island. Breakfast was ok. Have experienced better. But not the worst breakfast.

Amazing place, amazing food, amazing staff. We are very privileged that we were able to stay in such a beautiful place. It is super quite and remote, we loved every second of it and definitely will come back.

The hotel is a little bit isolated from the main attractions so you have to get a car or book a taxi ride to get out. For example, we went each night to the Fisherman's village (we loved going there at the evenings to eat and have massages), and one way ride, about 10 min. drive, was 400 bht. The taxis are very expensive in koh samui and it is best to book one through the hotel, but you have to plan in advance because they need at least 20 min. notice. The beach is beautiful but at the beginning of our stay the water was shallow and a little bit stingy ( they put a net against the leethal jelly fish but still..). Also there were rocks in the water and you have to be careful not to cut your toes. At the end of our stay (6 nights) the water became deeper and perfect, maybe due to the tide which changes not everyday but according to the moon as well.

A beautiful luxury hotel located on a private beach. The staff is wonderful and the vilas are a modern take off on a traditional Thai wooden house, super comfortable and private. They clean the room in the mornings and prepare it again before night. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and fresh fruit that is restocked each day. The breakfast is very rich and tasty. The infinity pool is wonderful and you get fresh towels and cold water while sitting next to it or on the beach. The cocktails and snacks you can order at the pool or the beach are expensive compared to the local prices but are very good. They offer a lot of activities like yoga and tennis lessons, and also provide sea sports equipment for snorkeling and kayaks. What we loved best was the peaceful and private location, the high level of service and the thinking about the small detail. We even got small presents when we left to remind us of our lovely stay.
